Peace and relax close to Portofino and 5 Terre

Lovely apartament very well furnished composed of a day area with kitchenette and two bedrooms, both with their own bathroom. One of the bedroom has a double bed, the other one has a single bed that can be converted in bunk bed. The flat has a large terrace that looks over the sea, with table, chairs, a sun umbrella and sun beds. The apartment is part of an old country house completely restored in 2007 with bioarchitecture principles. The house is surrounded by a peaceful garden with olive trees and flowers. We are 5km from toll station of Lavagna (motorway Genova-La Spezia); 8km from the beach; 25 km from Portofino; 40 km from the Cinque Terre.

Nous avons passé un séjour formidable à la villa Paggi. Alessandra et son mari sont très accueillants et discrets. Ils sont toujours prêts à répondre à nos questions et donnent des conseils très judicieux pour les visites. La villa Paggi bénéficie d'une grande terrasse avec vue imprenable sur la mer. Calme et repos y sont assurés. La villa Paggi est idéalement située pour découvrir la région, et bénéficie de la proximité de l'ensemble de services à moins de 10 minutes ( gare, commerces, plage) Vous pouvez y aller en toute tranquillité !
