Antonio was a friendly helpful host. The property is only minutes away from the beach and town centre yet was on a quiet secure urbanisation. The kitchen was well equipped with all that was necessary. The terrace is a lovely place at the end of a beach day to have some sangria and snack. Figured out the tv and was able to convert English programmes into english.. not that we spent much time watching it but useful. Bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed it so much that we're thinking of booking this compact but ideal villa again next year.

Wonderful and so relaxing

We loved being at the property, it was exactly as described in the listing. Antonio was the best host and even dropped off a lovely heater for us as our time had a little cold spell. We cooked a lot and the kitchen had everything we needed. The area was safe and so easy to walk to town. We even appreciated the opportunity to have a coffee with Antonio in town twice. We cannot wait to come back next year.

Coordinated with a designer's eye. This villa is a home from home. Very well equipped with everything needed for your vacation, even down to a shoe horn at the front door. We were there in March and maybe the first of the season. It took about a week for the villa to dry out and become comfortable after winter. It may be small for some people, but it is more than adequate for a couple and a couple of kids. The sun terrace was great with views of the sea and sheltered from the wind. Antonio was great at being punctual for check-ins and check-outs. If I were to criticize, at all, it would have to be that the water pressure in the shower is less than adequate. Small issues, really, but it may bother one if it were a permanent residence.

Lovely house

Very lovely little house in walking distance to the Mediterranean Sea. Beautiful landscape, and a cosy little town, with nice restaurants - the Indian one, simply great. The house itself is very nice, well equipped, and we loved the private terrace, where we ate all our meals for 3 weeks, until we had too many mosquitos. The main bedroom had good mattresses and a spacious cabinet. I appreciated also the many mirrors in the house, especially the big one in the bathroom. Everything was beautifully furnished and well designed. A pleasant surprise were the book shelves, filled with exiting books in English, German and French, which we used extensively. We had a very pleasant stay.

Habe 8 Tage im Haus verbracht und alles war super. Das Haus befindet sich in einer sicheren Anlage, die nur mit Schlüssel betreten werden kann. Im Haus findet man alles was man zum Kochen benötigt. Nicht weit gibt es ein sehr guten Supermarkt. Zum Meer/Stand geht man ca. 300 Meter durch den Busch oder man kann mit dem Auto hinfahren. Sehr gerne komme ich auf diese Unterkunft zurück falls ich wieder in der Nähe bin.Der Platz ist sehr ruhig und man kann sich gut erholen.

Wir wollten dem nassen und kalten Wetter im Norden Deutschlands für ein paar Tage entfliehen. Wir hatten sonnige Tage. Wir machten Ausflüge in die Umgebung.Wir genossen die Ruhe in der weihnachtlichen Atmosphäre. Es mangelte an nichts. Der Vermieter war in allen Fragen kompetent und bot stets seine Hilfe und Unterstützung zum Gelingen eines wunderbaren Urlaubs bei.

Sehr empfehlenswert!

Wir haben in diesem sehr schönen Häuschen wunderbare 8 Wochen im Herbst verbracht. Die Beschreibung trifft sehr genau zu. Antonio der Eigentümer ist freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Auf unsere Anliegen hat er stets prompt reagiert.Das Beste war für uns die sonnige Dachterrasse (Solarium) mit schönem Rundumblick. Die darauf befindliche Umhausung ist sehr praktisch. Sie schützt vor Sonne und Wind. Die umlaufende Hecke an der Terrasse sichert Privatsphäre. Den nahegelegene Parkplatz der Residenz empfanden wir als sehr sicher. Aktuell wird die Residenz mit Zaun und Ein/Ausfahrtstoren noch besser gesichert.Entgegen anderer Bewertungen hatten wir mit Schimmel absolut nichts zu tun. Das hätten wir gerochen!Die Anlage ist weit überwiegend ruhig. Es gibt mehrere Hunde vor den Häusern hinter Zäunen. Wir wurden nur am ersten Tag angebellt, dann gehörten wir dazu. Ein störendes Dauerbellen gab es bei uns nicht. Ab und an bellt natürlich mal einer bei Begängnis tagsüber. Nachts war es eine Seltenheit. Mehrere Katzen streunen umher, ohne jemals angebellt zu werden.Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder, deshalb haben wir schon für nächstes Jahr gebucht.

Vacances de rêve à San Juan de los terreros

La première qualité de cet hébergement, c'est son propriétaire ! Antonio est toujours prêt à rendre service, il est facile de communiquer avec lui et il exauce quasiment tous nos souhaits. La maison est bien située à un peu plus de 1 km de la mer, dans un lotissement en général calme mais certains voisins se sont révélés très bruyants quelques nuits. Terrasse mi ombragée, mi ensoleillée, il y en a pour tous les goûts. Tout est de plein pied, salle de bains bien équipée, bon équipement. Antonio a fait le nécessaire pour que nous puissions aller dans une piscine partagée en 3 bassins, très agréable.

Jolie petite maison

Petite maison très sympa avec tout le nécessaire, dans une urbanisation proche de la mer ( 1km) , le propriétaire tres aimable et à l'écoute de ses clients, nous avons passé un agréable sejour Il y a quand même pas mal de choses à voir, de belles plages ,des villages typiques à visiter de beaux paysages, et ne pas hésiter à aller voir Fort Bravo à Tabernas un retour au Far West garanti . Un bon point pour le loueur mrs Antonio très très sympathique et aux petit soins pour ses clients. Point négatif le chien du voisin qui aboie continuellement pendant des heures du jour et de la nuit difficilement supportable. Cela a gâché un peu le séjour

Schön für eine Woche außerhalb der Hauptsaison

Nette Anlage mit etwa 100? kleinen Bungalows. Jetzt im März waren etwa 25% belegt. In der Saison möchte ich mir die Geräuschentwicklung gar nicht vorstellen. Der Eigentümer Antonio ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Gebäude selber hat allerdings jetzt im Frühjahr mit Feuchtigkeit zu kämpfen und an zahlreichen Stellen finden sich Stockflecken. Trotz allem hatten wir eine gute Zeit.

Bon séjour

La maison correspond aux photos et à la description. Bien équipée, manque juste un peu de torchons et serviettes…mais sinon tout y est. La terrasse en bas n’est pas bien grande mais suffisante pour profiter de repas ou apéro en extérieur…bien située, vous pouvez faire beaucoup de choses à pied, idéal quand on ne veut pas prendre la voiture tous les jours. Pour la saison, beaucoup de choses ouvertes ( restos, chiringuitos…) et le marché du dimanche a lieu. Le propriétaire est adorable, mais on le connaissait déjà pour avoir loué une autre de ses propriétés. Bon séjour !

Améliorations à prévoir

Nous avons écourté notre séjour de 2 nuits, suite à un problème médical de mon épouse. Aucun remboursement prévu. Cette petite maison est bien, mais très humide. Ces constructions sont faites sur un ancien marais. L'été cela doit aller, mais à cette époque, je ne recommande pas du tout. L'annonce dit que les 2 chambres sont équipées de chauffage, mais un seul chauffage d'appoint existe.

Mes respects et mes excuses à la famille Gilbert, ce commentaire nous sera utile pour nous améliorer à l'avenir. Nous avons eu des journées très humides et la maison a été fermée plusieurs jours avant le séjour, ce qui pourrait produire une sensation d'humidité, surtout si la climatisation qui atteint toute la maison n'est pas utilisée, mais cela a été quelque chose de spécifique, la maison elle est équipé pour empêcher l'humidité et n'a pas de taches ou de signes d'humidité dans aucune pièce. En plus de la climatisation, elle dispose d'un chauffage électrique dans la salle de bain et d'un équipement mobile et nous pouvons en fournir un autre sur demande. Quant au marais, je suis né dans cette région et il n'y a jamais eu de marais sur la base du développement. Concernant le commentaire de remboursement, la réservation était de 8 jours et ils sont partis 2 jours avant, ce qui ne donne pas droit à un remboursement partiel, conformément aux conditions du contrat signé par le voyageur.
