House localized in a village by the sea, with mountain surroundings, ideal for relaxing while enjoying traditional Portuguese life. Beach at 8 minutes walking. Green, calm and quiet areas nearby.

This year 2023, we will have a swimming pool! It is under construction and will be completed soon. Measurements: 9 meters x 4 meters x 1.60 meters maximum depth.

Esposende is a quiet and small seaside town, lively in the summer; which stretches across the Cavado and Neiva rivers, where there is a protected landscape area, and over the Atlantic Ocean. Ideal for hiking or biking on the beach, walkways over the dunes and the seaside, by the 2 nearby rivers or in the mountains. Aquatic sports or horse riding are other possibilities ... A picturesque site, Esposende is located right in the middle of the Portuguese Coastal Way of Saint James (Caminho Português da Costa de Santiago de Compostela). Restaurants, bars, shops, swimming pools, golf… nearby.

Situated in the “Costa Verde” (Green Coast) region, in the center of the northern coast of Portugal, it allows you to visit Porto at 45 km, Barcelos at 15 km, Povoa de Varzim at 20 km, Viana do Castelo and Vila do Conde at 25 km, Braga at 35 km, Ponte de Lima at 50 km, Guimaraes at 55 km, Peneda-Gerês Nacional Natural Park at 70 km and is situated at 55 km from the Spanish border. Land of wine, folklore, monasteries and churches ... Place of the origin of Portugal, it combines history and modernity with natural landscapes.

The reservation is made by the payment of 30% of the amount, the rest (70%) is due on your arrival, at the check-in.
The rental manager, Martinho Capitao, speaks several languages and is available during your stay (resident in Esposende).

Perfect Property

We are a family of four with two teenage children , we stayed for two weeks and had a hire car. This property is perfect as a base for sight seeing in the area either by car or public transport or to just stay in the local area to relax and enjoy the local resteraunts, shops and beautiful beaches nearby. The house is spacious, has large rooms and is very clean and well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The pool and garden areas are immaculate and well kept and a great place for relaxing. Martinho and his Uncle were really friendly and always avaivable for advice or help. Overall this house was perfect for our holiday which was a mix of sight seeing and relaxing .It is a large , very clean and well equipped property with great outside pool and patio areas and very friendly and efficient owners. We would recommend this property and will book again.

Strand war vom Haus nicht zu sehen,das hatten wir auch nicht erwartet.Das Haus war jedoch sehr schön und sauber. Somit konnten wir entspannen. Etwas mehr Sichtschutz für den Pool wäre besser, damit man vom Weg keine Einsicht hat.Ja, der Pool war kalt, im September nicht mehr als 19 - 20 Grad Celsius.Kleinere, technische Probleme (Tor) wurden immer schnell von Aurelio gelöst. Wir hatten einen guten Aufenthalt.

Stilvolles Haus

Wir verbrachten drei Wochen in diesem schönen Haus. Die Küche war gross und gut ausgestattet. Wir fanden alles Nötige vor. Das ganze Haus war sauber und gut vorbereitet für unseren Aufenthalt. Der Pool war super (wurde wöchentlich sauber gemacht). Wir nutzten ihn auch bei kühlem Wetter. :-) Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war gut und einfach. Beim Empfang wurde uns das Haus gezeigt und alls erklärt (Waschmaschine, Gasherd, Abwaschmaschine). Wir hatten anfänglich zwei Probleme und innerhalb kürzester Zeit wurden sie behoben. Der Weg zum Strand kann in ca. 8 Minuten zu Fuss gut gemacht werden. Es hat in der Nähe mehrere kleine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Lage ist ideal, wenn man weiter in den Norden oder in den Nationalpark gehen möchte. Auch Porto ist einfach zu erreichen. Alles in allem hatten wir einen erholsamen und entspannten Aufenthalt in diesem stilvollen und gut eingerichteten Haus. Vielen Dank an die Vermieter!

Super séjour

Pour notre première fois au Portugal nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La maison est très agréable on s’y sent tout de suite comme à la maison (piscine, ping-pong, BBQ) On peut tout faire à pied (plage restaurant et commerce) Les alentours sont magnifiques ( Braga est une ville à visiter) Merci à Martinho pour son accueil Nous recommandons vivement cette location.

La casa es estupenda, muy amplia, con una zona pata comer fuera junto a la barbacoa fantástica, todas las estancias son muy grandes, especialmente la cocina.Y la piscina, recién estrenada, es preciosa.

Belle maison moderne et propre

Séjour agréable proche plage Belle propriété avec de beaux volumes. Petit défaut : Manque de vaisselle (vaisselle usé) Propriétaire trop présent qui passe sans prévenir arrosé ses plantes, ouvrir le garage avec accès à nos affaires Petit plus. Maison très grande et très propre. Équipements de qualité. Accueilli par une personne parlant très bien le français (le neveu des propriétaires je crois). Échanges très agréables. Propriétaires chaleureux. Les photos ne rendent pas hommage au gite : la maison est bien plus belle en vrai. Nous recommandons cette location.

Très bien

Maison très bien équipée, spacieuse et fonctionnelle. Emplacement calme, commerces proches, un peu éloigné des animations pour les plus jeunes, il faut avoir un véhicule. Point de départ idéal pour rayonner dans le Nord et profiter des plages sauvages du coin.

Very nice house in Esposende

We spent 2 weeks in this very big and nice house with garden and wintergarden to have barbecue:-). Everything is very clean and the renter are always friendly and helpful. Definitely we will book this house again.

Erholung pur!

Ruhige Lage, großzügig Raumaufteilung, Garten sowie Räume sehr sauber und gepflegt. Sowohl Vermittler als auch die Eigentümer des Hauses sehr freundlich und jederzeit erreichbar. Auf jeden Fall weiter zu empfehlen.

Estupendas vacaciones

La casa esta fenomenal, muy amplia, limpia y bonita, nos sentimos muy agusto en ella. La casa tiene todas las comodidades, todo funciona perfectamente, incluso nos dejaron unas sombrillas para la playa. Hemos pasado unas vacaciones estupendas en familia. Recomiendo la casa 100%. Los dueños y Martinho fueron muy amables y accesibles en todo momento. La playa esta muy cerca, andando y es muy cómodo. También hay cerca supermercado para comprar.

La maison est jolie, spacieuse et propre. Les propriétaires sont gentils et à votre écoute. Des petits commerces proches où l'on trouve ce qu'il faut à des prix très raisonnables. Seuls bémol : l'eau de l'océan est très froide et il y a beaucoup de vent. Mais la ville d'Esposende est sympa.
