DAZZLING VIEWS OF THE PACIFIC OCEAN AND THE ALBION BRIDGE

This stunning custom home was built to take advantage of the ridge top views of the Albion River and Pacific Ocean. The great room and both the master and second bedroom have spectacular views of the ocean and the Albion River Bridge, the largest wood trestle bridge remaining in California.
We just installed a Starlink wifi system so our home is perfect for remote working!
Ideal for large families or groups, the home has an open great room with sectional and couch plus 2 corner chairs for perfect sunset viewing! We find many guests come to the Mendocino coast to attend or be in a coast wedding and prefer a home environment to a hotel. Dining table seats 8+ with additional seating of 3 counter bar stools off the spacious, fully-equipped kitchen. Renters remark how fully equipped the kitchen is for family cooking and holiday renting. 50” flat screen TV in great room plus 2 additional televisions, wifi and a Baldwin piano. There is a pool table, darts and a number of board games and puzzles. The area recently has added a Verizon tower for cell coverage and we have a landline with unlimited long distance.

We have a 220 volt car charger with a standard J1772 connector on the property for renter use.

Sleeping accommodations include queen beds in both master and second bedroom on main floor, queen in downstairs bedroom, two twins in a trundle/day bed set up in the game room, and carpeted sleeping loft accessible from ladder in great room with queen mattress.
There are gas fireplaces in both the great room and master. A large slate front patio includes a gas barbecue and a gas/wood fire pit with abundant seating. Bird feeders attract many varieties of birds to our ridge-top perch.
Hot tub/spa on raised deck off master along with Jacuzzi tub in master bath both afford ocean views.
Should power outage occur during storms, backup generator provides electrical power to entire house.
Home is 10 minutes south of the village of Mendocino, 30 minutes south of Fort Bragg, 15 minutes north of Elk, 5 minutes south of Little River. Nearby restaurants are Ledford House, Albion River Inn, the Heritage House and Little River Inn as you head north to Mendocino where there are many more fine restaurants, including Cafe Beaujolais. Nearby beaches include Albion River, Navarro River Beach, Big River and Van Damme. Home is ¼ mile off Route 1 with Albion Market and a Harvest market in Mendocino.
