The entrance to the house features a large wardrobe and provides direct access to the 28m² living area, which includes the lounge and kitchen. The lounge is equipped with a sofa, a large television, and fibre optic internet. A large sliding glass door opens onto the terrace and its pergola, overlooking the swimming pool (5.50 x 3m, with a security alarm). Opening dates of the unheated swimming pool: May 1st to September 30th. The open kitchen is fully equipped (filter coffee maker, 3 induction hobs, oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, microwave, raclette and fondue set...). The colours used are modern and up-to-date. In the back kitchen is the pantry with a washing machine and plenty of storage for groceries. A separate toilet is located in the living room. Three bedrooms are distributed throughout the house as follows: Bedroom 1: double bed (140cm) with an en-suite shower room (shower, single sink) and a dressing room. Bedroom 2: queen bed (160cm) with an en-suite shower room (shower) and a dressing room. Bedroom 3: the dormitory with a double bed (140cm) and a sofa bed (two single beds that can be joined to form a double bed (140cm)), en-suite toilet, bathroom with bathtub and shower, and a large dressing room.
