Small house with swimming pool (to be shared with the owners) for 2 people

very quiet, recent construction, underfloor heating, large terrace of 15m2, near the mountain and the sea,
in low season we rent minimum for three nights (€ 80 / night), one week (7 nights) at € 490, - and arrival is not necessarily on Saturday.
-the house can accommodate only TWO people and it is not equipped for children or babies !!-
-Golf, Tennis, Hiking, Supermarket, Bakery nearby
-If you want to have the guarantee of the website, and pay additional fees, I can activate the "online booking" for you.

Perfect holiday cottage for 2.

An ideal base for exploring the Côte d’Azur, in a secluded location. The accommodation is perfect for two people, the pool gets the sun nearly all day and there is a warm welcome from Ralf and Sibylle.

super semaine

jolie semaine , avec des propriétaires vraiment sympas, à l'écoute et très discrets. Nous avons pu profiter pleinement de la piscine et du calme environnant. Nous conseillons cette location.

Sehr saubere, gut ausgestattete Wohnung in schöner und ruhig gelegener Umgebung. Liebevoll gestalteter Gartenbereich mit eigener Terasse, Elektrogrill und großem, gepflegtem Pool und schönem Ausblick auf die Landschaft sowie die angrenzenden Ortschaften. Sehr angenehmene, diskrete und gastfreundliche Vermieter, die bei Bedarf mit Rat und Tat zur Verfügung stehen.

Séjour détente

Lieu idéale pour se ressourcer dans un cadre très tranquille. Nous avons passés un séjour agréable avec une mention particulière pour la piscine et le barbecue. Nous le recommandons les yeux fermés et nous y retournerons.

magnifque logement au calme pour se reposer mais proche de tout (mer,randonnée dans l’arrière pays)

Très beau logement (pas de vis-à-vis ni de pollution sonore ou visuelle) pour se reposer au calme sur la terrasse ou bord de piscine après avoir profité des activités de bord de mer ou après une randonnée dans l’arrière pays. Proche des commerces ou restaurants des magnifiques petits villages des alentours. Et en plus les propriétaires sont vraiment très sympa sans être envahissant. Définitivement une très très bonne adresse.... on y retournera assurément.

Havre de paix pour deux personnes

Lovely secluded house, ideal holiday for two.

A comfortable, clean, well equipped house that had everything we wanted. It's just right for two people. The pool was very refreshing after a long car journey. There is a bakery and a pizzeria 15 minutes' walk away. Our hosts were most welcoming: they were available if we needed any help or advice, but otherwise left us to enjoy ourselves. We enjoyed sitting outside at sunset with a glass of wine, watching the bats and the glow-worms swoop over the pool. An ideal base for exploring the Côte D'Azur. Highly recommended!

Superbes vacances au calme

Un enchantement ces vacances .... L'endroit est calme, un havre de paix où il fait bon se reposer. ... les nuits y sont paisibles et réparatrices, l'appartement est très agréable, fonctionnel (il y a meme un barbecue !) et très propre. Nous avons largement profité de la piscine, belle couleur rivière...ça change du bleu habituel ... Excellent accueil de Sibylle et Ralf toujours prêts à nous renseigner sur les activités à faire, les beaux endroits à visiter. Le ravissant et animé village de Valbonne est à proximité; les lieux à visiter ne manquent pas aux alentours : Antibes, Saint Paul de Vente, Grasse, Nice, Cannes, Monaco, etc... A refaire avec plaisir, nous avons déjà réservé pour l'année prochaine !! Nathalie et Olivier

un petit coin de paradis

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable, l'appartement est confortable et tres bien équipé ,les propriétaires sont d'une très grande gentillesse, si vous souhaitez vous ressourcez au calme tout en profitant de la piscine c'est l'adresse idéale. Nous espérons pouvoir y retourner dès que possible

Très agréable location située dans un endroit calme, entre mer et montagne. L'appartement propre et bien équipé est parfait pour 2 personnes.La terrasse est grande et la piscine fut très appréciée. Nous avons été particulièrement sensibles à l'accueil, la discrétion et la convivialité des propriétaires qui habitent juste à côté. Nous conservons cette adresse pour un prochain séjour dans cette belle région.

La maison est accolée par...

La maison est accolée par le garage à la villa des propriétaires. Elle est meublée simplement mais avec goût, il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un séjour agréable. Les propriétaires sont très charmants et très discrets, la proximité de leur maison n'est absolument pas gênante bien au contraire. Jolie piscine, très agréable et suffisamment grande pour faire des longueurs. L'environnement est très calme, la maison se situe au fond d'une voie sans issue, aucun bruit de voiture, très joli paysage de Provence. Je retournerai avec plaisir dans cet endroit, autant pour le site, la maison que pour l'accueil des propriétaires.

wij hebben een aangenaam ...

wij hebben een aangenaam verblijf van 3 weken gehad en alles was top!!!we zouden deze gite zeker aanraden aan een koppel die van daaruit de cote d'azur wil gaan verkennen dit verblijf is ideaal gelegen en de eigenaars zijn aangename mensen .Alles is zoals beschreven !wij komen zeker terug

"Sehr saubere schöne Unterkunft. Alles sehr gepflegt und geschmackvoll. Eigene Terrasse mit Gartenmöbeln und Sonnenschirm vor der Tür. Optimal. Auch eigene Sonnenliegen für die Gäste am Pool. Eigener Parkplatz direkt neben dem Appartement, sehr gut. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen !"
