About this property

Small air-conditioned detached villa with private pool (between Nice and Grasse)

Apartment of 40 m2 completely renovated that can accommodate 4 people. This one has a completely independent entrance with private parking. It consists of a beautiful living room facing south with a 2-seater sofa bed and another of a square, an independent bedroom with removable mosquito net including new 160x200 bedding, a bathroom with a large shower and a fully equipped kitchen ((traditional oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, espresso machine, kettle, toaster).

Large garden with petanque, ping-pong table, barbecue and swimming pool for the exclusive use of tenants. Small room adjacent to the apartment including the washing machine and a small freezer. Terrace with large table facing the pool with blind. Very numerous arrangements.

WIFI connection available. You will also have a TV, DVD player and a stereo.

The linen is provided.
Animals are accepted provided they are kind and clean.

The apartment is located next to our family home (not overlooked) which allows us to remain at your disposal to advise you during your stay.

Roquefort les Pins is a residential and very quiet village with many shops and restaurants in the center. It is ideally located between sea and mountains. Only a few minutes from beautiful typical villages, 15 minutes from the nearest beaches, 30 minutes from Nice, Antibes or Cannes and less than an hour from the first ski resorts.
Quick access by the various motorways. Nice Côte d'Azur Airport located 20 minutes away.

Nice holiday

Eveything is like in the pictures. The house has everything you need. The owners are very friendly and discrete. The dogs loved the garden. We where close to very beautiful big and smaller cities.

2 wonderful weeks in Roquefort-les-Pins, beautifully located with good accessibility.

A warm and friendly welcome from the host, always willing to help while showing great respect for privacy. He cleans the pool regularly. The pool is beautiful, clean, and a real relief on hot days. Our dog also had a great time. If you ask Jean something, he immediately gives an answer and will even accompany you if needed. Before we drove back home, he kindly rinsed off our car. All in all, we had a wonderful 14-day holiday.

Wij hebben een fantastische vakantie gehad in deze villa! Vanaf het eerste moment werden we warm onthaald door Jean. Hij stond gedurende ons hele verblijf steeds klaar voor ons: altijd beschikbaar, behulpzaam en bereid om mee te zoeken naar de beste opties. Je ziet hem niet, maar je weet da je hem alles mag vragen – een perfecte balans.De villa zelf ligt op een zeer rustige locatie en is volledig uitgerust met alles wat je maar kan wensen (zelfs een wasmachine is aanwezig). Je geniet van alle privacy: de woning van Jean ligt ernaast maar grenst niet aan de villa. De tuin is ook echt een oase van rust. Jean is een uitzonderlijk vriendelijke en attente host die je meteen het gevoel geeft welkom te zijn. Dankzij hem voelden we ons hier helemaal thuis. Wij raden deze villa en zijn gastvrijheid van harte aan – we zouden zo teruggaan! Dankjewel, Jean!

Es ist schwer in Worten zu fassen,wie wunderbar unser Urlaub in diesen Jahr war!Von der Ankunft bis zur Abreise hat alles vorzüglich geklappt.Dies ist vor allem Jean und seiner Frau Sophie zu verdanken.Wir haben noch nie solch nette Vermieter kennen gelernt,Voller Emphatie,Hilfsbereitschaft und das wichtigste, das Herz am rechten Fleck.Das Haus,Pool und Garten war genau das was wir uns vorgestellt haben.Für uns steht fest, das wir im nächsten Jahr wieder kommen!!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter super. Wir haben auch Ausflugstipps erhalten und die Lage des Hauses ist sehr gut. Das Haus selbst war mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt.

Superbe logement au calme dans un environnement agréable

L'accueil le jour de notre arrivée ainsi que les différents échanges avec Jean etaient chaleureux et cordiaux. Nous avons apprécié sa proximité en cas de besoin et sa totale discrétion. Les boissons fraiches préparées a notre attention pour notre arrivée etaient les bienvenues. Merci pour cette attention! Le logement est parfaitement équipé et nous avons pu profiter de la piscine entièrement dédiée dans son splendide jardin clos. L' acces au logement nécessite une voiture et le centre ville est un peu loin si l'on veut y aller a pied mais nous cherchions du calme et c'est ce que nous avons trouvé. Nous avons passé un sejour tres agréable dans un cadre magnifique et reposant et nous y retournerons tres volontiers!

Chemin sinueux pour accéder à la location, pas trop conseillé pour les voitures basses, entrée de la location par la chambre uniquement, terrasse et abords de la piscine à revoir, mais surtout l'ouverture du petit portillon Pas de table pour manger, uniquement sur le plateau bar de la cuisine qui n'est pas adapté en profondeur pour y manger pour les grands , donc pas pratique du tout et réseau internet vraiment pas terrible, mis à part ces quelques petits détails le propriétaire est avenant et réactif en cas de soucis ( panne d'électricité ) location au calme, loin du tumulte de la côte d'azur.

Außergewöhnlich schöne Auszeit nahe Nizza/Cannes/Antibes

Wir hatten eine hervorragende Woche bei Jean, in seinem traumhaften Anwesen. Das kleine Haus lässt für mich und meine Partnerin inklusive Hund keine Wünsche offen. Wir hatten eine traumhafte Zeit auf dem Grundstück, konnten dort spitzenmässig relaxen, grillen und Spaß haben. Wenn man die Einsamkeit in der Idylle nicht mag, dann ist man in 30 oder 40 Minuten in Nizza, Cannes oder Antibes. Jean ist ein herausragender Gastgeber, der einem mit vielen Tipps inspiriert. Oase im Hinterland der Côte d'Azur

Wir hatten wirklich eine sehr schöne Zeit in dieser kleinen Oase! Von der Ankunft bis zur Abreise stand uns Jean immer zur Seite wenn Fragen aufkamen. Es war auch kein Problem unseren Kater mitzubringen. Auch er wollte, genauso wie wir, gar nicht mehr abreisen. Die Wohnung und das Grundstück, mit dem traumhaften Pool, sind einfach der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für die Côte d'Azur. Quasi ein Katzensprung nach Monaco, Cannes, Nizza, Antibes, Grasse oder an diverse Strände! Wirklich ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt! Sehr zu empfehlen! Un gîte exceptionnel

Tout est impeccable, l'accueil, la maison, le cadre, la piscine d'une propreté incroyable. Tout à proximité pour faire les courses, pour visiter, pour se promener en bord de mer. Notre petit chien bichon a été accepté. Ce lieu est idyllique, d'un calme absolu. Même la voiture a droit à son parking privé ombragé. Le propriétaire est adorable de gentillesse et de discrétion. Herrliche Ferien an der Cote d' Azur

Die Wohnung ist über den Standard hinaus gut ausgestattet, sehr sauber und zudem ansprechend und stilvoll eingerichtet.Bei den Hochsommertemperaturen in der dortigen Region haben wir den schönen, grossen Pool mehr als ausgiebig genutzt.Ausflüge, vor allem ins Hinterland, haben wir sehr genossen.Danke an Jean, der ein freundlicher hilfsbereiter und symphatischer Gastgeber ist!

Sehr erholsamer Urlaub in ruhiger Lage

Wir hatten einen tollen und sehr erholsamen Urlaub in diesem kleinen und gut ausgestatteten Ferienhaus mit großem Garten und eigenem Pool. In einem Wohngebiet auf dem Grundstück des Vermieters sehr ruhig gelegen und mit dem Auto in kurzer Entfernung zu den nahegelegenen Küsten- und Bergregionen haben wir unsere Ferien sehr genossen. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist komplett und in gutem Zustand und der Aufenthalt sowie Checkin und Checkout wurden uns durch den Vermieter sehr angenehm gestaltet. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Villa bien agencée

Magnifique séjour à Roquefort les pins à la villa les Maillans, celle ci est vraiment tout confort il n'y manque rien le lit était fait les serviettes à disposition , cuisine avec tout les accessoires nécessaires, il y fait très calme excellent pour le repos Les propriétaires très accueillants et sympathiques , très discrets en cas de besoin ils sont disponibles Bref le top
