Logement vraiment très bien situé comme indiqué, équipement plus que suffisant. Hôte à l'écoute et disponible. A recommander.Très belle région, il y a des activités pour tous , pour tous les gouts.Une semaine bien agréable, dépaysement total. Les quelques restaurants que nous avons fait, en ville ou au port les repas étaient excellents et le personnel à la hauteur.

Ein schönes und gut ausgestattetes Apartement in schöner Lage mit Meerblick!Granville ist ein guter Startpunkt für Ausflüge in den Westteil der Normandie.Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Vermieterpaar!

Bien situé pour rayonner

En une petite semaine, bonne situation géographique en centre ville et pour découvrir les alentours, très riches. Pour le logement, pièce principale avec belle vue sur le port et son ambiance. Les pièces en retrait (cuisine, SdB et 1 chambre) un peu trop sombres sur une courette avec un ascenseur qui passe devant les fenêtres. Et les 2 derniers soirs, tapage nocturne jusqu'à minuit avec la sono (extérieure et excessive) sur une terrasse de café à proximité. Mais le positif l'emporte sur ces quelques petits désagréments. Dommage que les annonces manquent de précision !

Annonce inexacte(salle à manger et bain), séjour vetuste,puits de lumière pour trois pièces.

16 jours dans le Cotentin. Il n'y avait pas de gérant immobilier car nous etions en contact avec le propriétaire, donc merci de ne pas tenir compte de cette réponse à une question inappopriée.

Appartement très bien situé , proche du centre-ville, des commerces et du port. Bien équipé et calme cet appartement offre une superbe vue sur la mer. Accueil sympathique des propriétaires qui habitent à l’étage au-dessus. Cependant un petit rafraîchissement de peinture serait le bienvenu.

We returned again, the apartment is centrally located for the town centre and also for the nautical club. Fantastic views to the sea and also very spacious living area with comfy new sofa. Books and games will keep you occupied if it is raining .Kitchen modern and has everything you need .Bathroom and shower very good . Comfortable bed and plenty of storage. Owners give you a fantastic welcome plenty of information on Granville and area. and live in the Building should you have any problems .. Ideal for families and couples 10/10 Granville is a superb holiday destination for families and all ages to explore the coastal paths and beaches

C'est un appartement très joliment décoré, lumineux et calme. Tout est conforme au descriptif. Le séjour offre une vue magnifique sur la mer et le port de Granville grâce à une grande baie vitrée.La résidence est proche du centre ville .Propriétaire très accueillant et très sympathique et donne de bons conseils afin de pouvoir profiter de cette superbe région !Nous conseillons vivement cette location,on s'y sent bien et c'est avec plaisir que nous reviendrons!!! merci à vous
