Sublime 3-star Savoyard chalet "Le grenier de Chalmont"

Authentic Savoyard chalet very warm and comfortable will leave you speechless! Dating back to the 18th century, it has been completely renovated.

At 1,100 meters above sea level, its large 50 m² terrace facing south will offer you a panoramic and unforgettable view of the Tournette massif. Our chalet is ideal for a family of 4 to 5 people to spend a relaxing holiday in peace.

Our chalet has an exposed stone facade on its lower part and is decorated with wood on its upper part. When you open the door, you will immediately be seduced by its warm interior with careful decoration. You will enjoy a large living room with a very functional American kitchen. You can eat on the terrace equipped with a picnic table and deckchairs.

We provide free Wi-Fi to keep you in touch with your loved ones and cable TV with DVD player, among others.

You can rent linen on site. We will organize a cleaning service on request.

It was a lovely small chalet for a family. Our kids enjoyed spending time in manigod. The view was amazing. Easy to drive to ski resorts and annecy. Owner was veri helpful and they were a lovely family..

I can’t say enough good things about this place. The view is amazing, great location, the unit is clean and cozy and they’ve thought of everything; cooler and chairs for the beach and even aloe in the fridge for afterwards. The host was very responsive and helpful 10/10 experience. We will definitely be back!

Een mooie chalet, voorzien van alles wat je nodig hebt voor een fijn verblijf in een prachtige wandel/fiets omgeving. Ook al was er een taalbarière met de eigenaar, we konden er met gebruik van Google translate wel uit komen.Wij bevelen dit chalet zeker aan voor natuur liefhebbers.

Nous avons séjourné pour la deuxième fois dans ce chalet que nous trouvons très chaleureux. Tout est bien aménagé et organisé pour le séjour. L’accueil des propriétaires est très agréable et attentionné. Nous aimons beaucoup l’environnement authentique proche de Manigod village et de Thônes et à proximité immédiate de la plus haute montagne.

Super chalet, avec magnifique vue. Bien équipé avec tout à l'intérieur comme à l'extérieur. Propriétaires voisins, discrets et serviables Jardin avec terrasse bien agréable pour manger le soir. Un peu excentré pour faire les courses, mais grande tranquillité de ce fait (la route est un cul de sac)

Rustgevend verblijf met prachtig uitzicht

Een prachtige woning met een fenomenaal uitzicht op de bergen. De woning heeft alle voorzieningen en de ontvangst van de eigenaren was uiterst vriendelijk. De omgeving heeft veel te bieden, het meer van Annecy ligt op een half uur rijden afstand. De kaasboerderij aan het begin van de straat is een bezoek meer dan waard. De badkamer is compleet en ruim met een heerlijke regendouche. Op het zonnige terras heb je volop de ruimte om van de omgeving te genieten.
