Chalet Iris with jacuzzi in chalet in the heart of the Thônes Valley

In the heart of the Vallée de Thônes, between Lac d'Annecy and the Aravis ski resorts, this beautiful gîte is set in an old renovated farmhouse with traditional local features.

40 m², Gîtes de France 2 épis approved, ground floor, sleeps 4 including at least 1 child (2 bedrooms), in a fully restored former farmhouse that also includes 2 other gîtes. The 3 lodgings are completely independent

Gîte comprising :
- fitted kitchen (including fridge with freezer, 3-burner vitro hob and extractor fan, dishwasher, raclette and fondue machines),
- living room with TV
- a bathroom with shower,
- separate WC,
- 1st bedroom of 8 m² (bed 140x200),
- 2nd bedroom of 8 m² with 2 pull-out trundle beds 90 x 190 ,
- A large 15 m² south-facing terrace and a second 20 m² east-facing terrace with garden furniture, barbecue and sun loungers.
Free direct access to the outdoor Jacuzzi SPA (all year round, heated in winter). Reserved for adults and children aged 12 and over.
Sheets available for hire (€16 per double bed and €14 per single bed for 1 week) and bathroom linen for hire (€11 per person for 1 bath sheet, 1 towel and 1 washcloth or face cloth). Optional cleaning at the end of your stay: €65.

Très bel appartement, emplacement idéal, le style, les équiments, la fonctionnalité, les commodités, et les services en font une pépite. Vous n’aurez pas froid, les literies sont impeccables, l’isolation phonique et thermique sont irréprochables. Les propriétaires sont adorables, tout est là pour un formidable séjour. Propriétaire très accueillant.Le gîte est très bien situé par rapport à Annecy, la Clusaz, Chamonix...Le gîte Iris est très fonctionnel, agréable (2 terrasses), nous avons passé un agréable séjour en famille, très belle région.Le spa avec vue sur les montagnes, un plus vraiment apprécié.Adresse à recommander.

Logement très agréable avec vue sur les montagnes. Chalet partagé en 3 logements mais bien distribué avec des espaces bien délimités. Chacun a son balcon et son intimité. Sont partagés le jardin, le jacuzzi et la machine à laver. Le logement est fonctionnel et bien équipé. Le jardin est un gros plus pour les enfants (avec balançoire). Nous n’avons profité qu’une fois du jacuzzi comme son accès est interdit aux enfants et organisé par horaires entre les différents logements mais c’est un plus agréable en fin de journée. Thones est très central par rapport à Annecy ou La Clusaz. Un supermarché se trouve à quelques kilomètres et des randonnées sont accessibles en voiture à proximité. Très bonne communication avec les propriétaires qui nous ont accueillis en personne et ont été flexibles sur nos horaires d’arrivée et départ. Nous recommandons la région et ce logement, nous reviendrons probablement avec plaisir.

Bonjour,Voici nos avis:Positif : * chalet savoyard authentique *Belle vue sur la montagne* Grand terrain * Spa pour adultes* Au calme* Bien situé pour découvrir la région* Bon accueil du propriétaire.Points négatifs:* les WC donnent directement sur l'espace séjour. La porte s'ouvre vers l'intérieur ce qui laisse un passage très étroit.* Idem pour la salle de bain et il n'y a pas de verrou à la porte. L'accès à la cabine de douche est très étroit lui aussi. Une personne de forte corpulence ne pourrait entrer dans la douche.* Aucun produit d'accueil: aucun de produits d'hygiène. Pas de torchon non plus pour essuyer la vaisselle. * Aucune spécialité locale offerte ( confiture, brioche …)* Frais de ménage exorbitant au vu de la surface : 65 .A savoir que nous avons remis en ordre et nettoyé salle de bain , wc et cuisine.* Les draps et les serviettes de bain sont en sus. 14 pour chaque petit lit 16 pour le grand lit, soit 44 .*Le spa est interdit au moins de 12 ans, même sous la surveillance d'un adulte. Pas de chance, mon petit-fils a 8 ans...Conclusion: habitués aux locations Abritel, nous avons connu plus généreux et plus confortable...Bien à vous. Pierrette Denoyelle.

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Jacqueline et Marc. Ils nous ont mis à disposition pas mal de cartes, d'itinéraires et de prospectus pour nous donner de nombreuses idées d'activités dans la région. Le chalet est idéalement situé, avec un bel extérieur bien entretenu. Nous recommandons sans hésiter ce logement !

Grande proximité du col des aravis

Charmant petit appartement Iris cosy et tranquille avec 2 terrasses et très grand jardin, profitez du jaccuzzi en fin de journée . Je vous conseille la clusaz pour les randos, les bars, les restos,Megève pour la cascade et le lac de javen, chamonix pour le mont blanc, le lac d Annecy et les communes autour,partez aussi en suisse à la découverte de montreux.

Logement irréprochable. (Beaucoup de charme). Propriétaires professionnels, sympathiques et disponibles. Les activités sont nombreuses pour les skieurs et les non skieurs. 20 minutes de la Clusaz (Jolie station animée même si la neige n'était pas au rdv en basse altitude, elle l'était en haut des pistes) Annecy à 30 minutes de l'hébergement Randonnées en raquettes Promenade en chiens de traineaux. Super expérience ! Lac des Confins magnifique ! Plateau du Beauregard.... (Vue imprenable sur le Mont Blanc, le col des Aravis....) Et le SPA y compris en début de soirée après une bonne journée très appréciable. Nous avons déjà recommandé l'adresse à nos proches et n'hésiterons pas à revenir. Merciiiii

Idéalement placé

On a passé la semaine de Noël dans le chalet IRIS en famille à 4. Accueil très sympa et professionnel, un reblochon nous attendait dans le frigo, et le sapin était prêt à être décoré par les enfants. Le gîte est très bien équipé avec des équipements récents voire neufs. Les lits sont confortables. Le spa est un vrai plus, facile d'accès et de mise en route, avec des créneaux déjà planifiés pour faciliter la synchronisation avec les 2 gîtes voisins. L'emplacement est top si on veut aller soit à La Clusaz soit au Grand Bornand, en voiture ou en navette avec son arrêt à moins de 10 min à pied. (pour la navette, c'est difficile d'avoir des infos via internet, on peut prendre son ticket dans le car pour 1,50€ par personne) Bref, on y était très bien, et si on revient dans la région, on vérifiera certainement la disponibilité du gîte.

Magnifique séjour

Le chalet Iris est un cocon douillet dans lequel il est très facile de se reposer. La literie est de qualité, tout est pensé pour faciliter le séjour. Le jacuzzi est très appréciable ! Les propriétaires sont sympathiques et soucieux du bien-être des locataires. Un grand merci, nous reviendrons !

Logement parfaitement équipé. Gîte très bien insonorisé et lit confortable. Nous sommes venus avec notre bébé de 3 mois, les propriétaires nous ont prêtés ce qu’il fallait pour elle. Hôtes sympathiques et disponibles. Nous recommandons ce gîte sans hésitation
