(Text automatically translated) Detached farmhouse with 3 buildings, located on a plot of 5000 m2 equipped with a bowling green and a beautiful view. The farmhouse has been completely renovated in 2008. The appliances, furniture and bedding are new. You have all the amenities (flat screens with satellite TV, high speed internet computer, WiFi, pool table, many dvds, gaming, games, bike, seesaws for children ..). Ideal for two families with children or for several couples. Attic has also been built for children. The rental is located in the heart of ski resorts that are all equipped with snow cannons if necessary, one station is 5 minutes (the Brasses) another 15 minutes (Sommand) for closer. In summer you also have many opportunities for sightseeing (Geneva, Annecy, Chamonix ..) and a beautiful public swimming pool 1 km.

Excellent location and stunning views

Overall our stay was very enjoyable the chalet was very well equipped and spacious and the hot tub and pool table were a great addition . However, it would have been helpful to have some information relating to use of some of the appliances. We arrived early evening and were not given any introduction as the owner had left. After an 8 hour drive it would have been nice to have had some basic supplies as is normal for this type of property however, we had to go straight out again to find a shop. The property would benefit from a deep clean and some updating as there was a lot of mould on bedroom walls. Extractor fans were loud all night with no option to turn them off

Séjour très réussi dans ce chalet, avec une approche authentique que j’apprécie particulièrement.En tant que directeur d’une conciergerie de luxe en Belgique, je suis assez exigeant sur le confort, mais surtout sensible aux lieux calmes, simples et bien pensés — ici, c’est clairement le cas.Le cadre est exceptionnel : une vue 5 étoiles sur le Mont-Blanc, un environnement paisible et un vrai sentiment de déconnexion.Le chalet est agréable à vivre, et le jacuzzi après une randonnée est un vrai plus.Autre point très appréciable : l’espace pour un compagnon à quatre pattes, parfaitement adapté. Seule petite remarque :il serait utile de prévoir davantage de serviettes de bain, notamment pour alterner entre les douches et l’utilisation du jacuzzi.En résumé : une très belle adresse, authentique et reposante, que je recommande sans hésiter.

Magnifique endroit au calme avec vue exceptionnelle sur la chaîne du Mont Blanc. Chalet très typique. Le billard au coin du feu et le jacuzzi sont de très gros atouts. Hôte très sympa. Super séjour. Envie de revenir très vite.

Schitterend uitzicht

Wij hadden mooi weer tijdens ons verblijf en konden heerlijk buiten leven. Huis zelf aan de kleine kant voor 11 personen. Er zijn 2 slaapkamers met in totaal 7 bedden. Inrichting is gedateerd en was niet echt schoon. Bij regenachtig weer hadden we het een stuk minder prettig gevonden ivm vocht. Voorzieningen waren goed. Heerlijke jacuzzi, jeu de boules baan en pooltafel die we goed hebben gebruikt.

Vacances à la montagne

Très belles vacances en famille. Le logement est très bien situé entre le lac Leman et le lac d'Annecy. Dans un petit village mais avec les commodités nécessaires. Le chalet est top bien équipé le petit plus avec le SPA dans la véranda avec vue sur le Mont Blanc. Bonne interaction avec l'interlocuteur je recommande ce logement. Vue exeptionelle

Location idealement situé avec une vue exeptionnelle. Les photos de l annonce sont exactes. Le spa est une pure merveille. Un petit bémol concernant le ménage et la batterie de cuisine abîmée mais cela n enlève en rien le bon séjour passé dans ce chalet. Idéal avec un chien. Je recommande.

Chalet de montagne bien équipé. Cuisine tres fonctionnelle, 2 salles de douches, 2 chambes de 4 et 3 personnes + 2 canapés convertible. Literies confortables. Chalet proposant de belles prestations telles que le terrain de petanque, le billard, le jacuzzi, vtt sur place. Balancoire enfants a remplacer. Connexion internet, deux télés. Jolie vue le mont blanc et montagnes avoisinantes. Contact téléphonique avec le propriétaire pour l'arrivee et modalités de depart. Nous recommadons ce logement.

Top uitzicht vanuit de keuken en het terras.

Fantastisch uitzicht op de Mont Blanc. Heerlijke grote en krachtige jacuzzi. Rustig aan het eind van een doodlopende weg. Badkamers zijn wel van de Franse slag.

Un endroit très sympa, une vue magique, un peu retiré du monde, au calme.

De chouettes vacances d'été , toutes les balades à proximité, lieu idéale pour les chiens, retiré de la route. Le logement est agréable, spacieux et simple avec beaucoup de jeux ou d'activité. Un chalet en montagne ! 😍
