immeuble à réformer

L'appartement pourait être rénové mais l'immeuble est ancien , mal entretenu plein de moisissures. Le squelette d'une construction de trois étages à l'abandon cache la vue sur la mer qui est très proche. Cet immeuble abandonné est un repaire de chats errants. L'appartement n'a ni clim ni déshumidificateur qui seraient nécessaires. Le concierge est super . Merci Manuel!

Hemos estado bien

Muy buena posición. Delante de la playa, se accede a través del jardín comunitario . Cerca de todas las tiendas y restaurantes. El apartamento está bien aunque no sea reformado. Lo único negativo para mí es el el interno de los armarios... las estanterías son de un material áspero que si apoyas cosas delicadas se enganchan un poco.... es con lo único que no me he encontrado bien. Isabel la portera muy amable y disponible.

Muy buena ubucacion

Edificio antiguo pero muy limpio. Solo considero que faltaria alguna reforma por ejemplo en el baño, por lo demas correcto. Lo mejor las vistas y la ubicacion.

Nicht der Anzeige entsprechend!!!

Wir waren sehr enttäuscht nach den vielen positiven Bewertungen im Vorfeld. Die Unterkunft entsprach in nur einem Punkt unseren Erwartungen, sie lag in der Nähe zu der Einkaufsstraße mit den vielen, schönen Geschäften und den Restaurants sowie in der Nähe zum Strand. Der Ausblick aufs Meer wurde getrübt durch eine Bauruine und sauber war die Wohnung auch nicht (Haare, vermutlich der Vormieter, lagen überall herum). Die Wohnung liegt in einem Hochhaus (1. Etage), dessen Anblick ein Schandfleck für den Ort ist (in den letzten Jahren wurde offensichtlich an der Fassade nichts mehr gemacht). Das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis passt in keinster Weise. Außerdem wurde auf unsere Reklamationen (Sauberkeit der Unterkunft und andere Unzulänglichkeiten) weder vom Vermieter noch von FeWo-direkt unzureichend bzw. nicht reagiert. Wir können die Unterkunft und FeWo-direkt leider nicht weiterempfehlen.

Déception

Nous avons passé nos vacances de juillet en famille (avec 2 enfants) dans cet appartement. Première surprise, à notre arrivé nous découvrons un immeuble de plusieurs étages dont l’extérieur est en très mauvais état (type HLM des années 70). C’est d’ailleurs l’immeuble le moins entretenu que nous ayons vu sur la cote durant notre séjour. Lorsque nous prenons possession de l’appartement, le ménage n’avait pas été correctement effectué. Nous avons contacté la propriétaire qui a été réactive et nous a renvoyé la femme de ménage le soir même. L’appartement est petit, la cuisine est en mauvais état (les portes se décrochent et les façades sont collantes de gras). Nous n’avons donc pas utilisé cette cuisine durant tout notre séjour ! La salle de bain est également très petite avec peu de place pour poser ses affaires. Les prises électriques ne disposent pas de prise terre et ne sont plus aux normes. A l’étage les rambardes sont très basses donc très dangereux si vous avez des enfants en bas âges (ce qui heureusement n’était pas notre cas). Il n’y a pas de climatisation, il faisait très chaud dans l'appartement. Vous pouvez cependant faire un courant d’air en ouvrant les fenêtres opposées si vous n’êtes pas sujet aux torticolis et piqures de moustiques (mes enfants en ont fait les frais). Les placards sentent mauvais donc tous nos habits étaient imprégnés de cette odeur… L’appartement est très bruyant avec les voisins et les camions poubelles qui passent toutes les nuits. La literie inconfortable (mais ça c’est l’appréciation de chacun). Les points positifs sont l’emplacement, le parking, la machine à laver et la pression d’eau pour la douche. En résumé il s’agit d’un appartement peu entretenu et très vieillissant qui aurait cependant un bon potentiel s’il était rénové et mis aux normes. Le prix demandé pour la location de cet appartement ne vaut de loin pas les prestations proposées aujourd’hui. Concernant la propriétaire, nous ne l’avons pas rencontré mais elle a toujours répondu rapidement et avec courtoisie à nos mails.

L appartement est conforme à la description avec vue sur la mer. Cuisine est un peu petite et une chambre est séparé de séjour juste par un rideau. Dans la ville il u a beaucoup de commerces, restaurants, les plages sont superbes.

"Een heel mooi appartement met een heel mooi uitzicht op zee. Rustig gelegen maar toch vlak bij het centrum. Het appartement kan wel een beetje opfrissing gebruiken o.a. de gordijnen en rolluiken. Ook iets meer kommetjes in de keuken zou ideaal zijn. Wij hebben een zeer leuk verblijf gehad"

"Von der Lage der Wohnung...

"Von der Lage der Wohnung super. Eigener Zugang zum Strand, toller Blick auf das Meer. Ganz wichtig und super praktisch: Ein Parkplatz hinter dem Haus. Mit Elektrotor so, dass man gleich reinfahren kann. Insbesondere wenn viel Betrieb ist unbezahlbar, da man nirgends einen Parkplatz findet. Die Wohnung ist sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Der Blick auf den gepflegten Garten und den Park, sowie das Meer ist einfach herrlich. Der Weg zum Supermarkt oder in die Stadt dauert zwischen 2 und 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Über den Parkplatz hinter dem Haus, durch den Park gelangt man über eine Treppe und einem Tor direkt an den Strand. Vielleicht kann man noch Wifi-Internet nachrüsten und die Bäder und Küche renovieren, dann müsste man eigentlich 7 von 5 Sternen geben! Noch zu erwähnen: Sehr nette Vermieterin! Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit! Wir kommen wieder!"
