Beautiful apartment in an exclusive area with large terrace and spectacular views of the bay of Sant Pol for a maximum of 4 pax. 5 minutes from the beach and access to the Camí de Ronda. It consists of large living room with kitchenette, 1 large bathroom and a double room with large new comfortable bed. Sofa-bed in living room with useful bed of 1.8 x 2 m, very comfortable. 25 m2 terrace overlooking the bay of S'Agaró on one side and the sea on the other side. Swimming pool and private parking space on the farm, concierge, gardens. Full equipped. Heating. Elevator.

Perfect location. Lovely apartment. Beautiful pool. Attentive, friendly host. Initial access was a challenge but we worked out a solution. Car parking requires good driving skills.

Graduation In Spain

Our family loved this area because it was not to big and touristy but yet not to small and secluded. The rental is between two lovely Spanish towns and within reasonable driving distance of several cool sites. The host Mercades was extremely communicative. Unfortunately, for us the gas to the complex was disconnected. Mercades communicated this prior to our arrival and offered to find us different accommodations. We chose to stick with her. We made do with the gas off for the first few days we were there. The view is wonderful but not directly pointing at the sea. The garage was extremely tight, but we were able to park on the street across for the apartment. It was well lit and no concern of theft. My wife and I agreed that we would stay here again in the future.

Résidence en haut des falaises

Appartement confortable avec terrasse, bien situé. La mer et les randonnées sont à proximité ! La région est magnifique ! Dommage que l'isolation ne soit pas au top les jours de grand vent et le parking souterrain un vraiment très étroit pour les grosses voitures !

Gepflegtes Anwesen in schönem Wohnviertel. Geschmackvolles Appartement mit großer Terrasse. Wunderbarer Blick auf die Bucht. Dass es nur spanisches Fernsehen gab, war uns mit den Gegebenheiten ringsum nicht mehr so wichtig.

Bel appartement bien placé avec belle vue mer.

Séjour très agréable car appartement avec grande terrasse, vue mer sympa, à deux pas du centre ville. Quartier calme. Je le recommande vivement. Procédures très simple avec le concierge. Petit bémol, parking souterrain étroit.
