The location of this Beach Villa is in Fontane Bianche, Syracusa. Here you have a spectacular view of the sea in the first line and direct access to the beach -no more than 15 meters-. The air-conditioned modern furnished villa has 2 bedrooms with double bed, 1 bedroom with two single beds, large living room with fireplace and TV. All bedrooms are fully equipped with their own TV. The kitchen is also well equipped. The villa also includes two bathrooms with hairdryer, towels, bidet and shower. An outdoor bathroom with shower, toilet & washing machine is available on the large terrace. WLAN is available. The highlight of the villa is the outdoor Jacuzzi with direct sea view and an additional outdoor shower. Shopping facilities and restaurants are available nearby. Excellent beach stay

Perfect place to have a relaxing beach holiday. Property is right on a fantastic beach and the jacuzzi is a wonderful bonus! Whole family really enjoyed it!

Perfect beach holiday

We have just spent an idyllic week at this charming home right on the beach . The location could not be better.. the sea on your doorstep and a clean, sandy beach dotted with restaurants and bars. The house was perfect for 3 adults and 2 children. It was spacious ( huge balcony) the wifi was good , the beds really comfortable and all tastefully furnished. All our contact with the host was seamless . Thank you and hopefully we’ll be back.

Wonderful

The pictures don’t do this semi-detached house justice! Wonderful property right on the beach. This house had the feel of someone’s actual vacation home being rented out — high-end appliances, comfortable beds and furniture, well-appointed with everything you need and many conveniences, etc. Plenty of space inside and outside, with a fantastic patio with huge, heated hot tub, bathroom with indoor and outdoor shower. Fully gated property and felt very private given setback of neighboring property and the privacy wall on the other side with the attached home. Great location with easy driving ~25 mins to Syracusa and Noto, but you really don’t want to leave! Sufficient restaurants and supplies nearby within walking distance in Fontane Bianche, with more substantial options within close driving distance. Responsive host and manager. Highly recommend!

Fantastic location, luxurious apartment

We had an amazing time staying here. The views were incredible of the beautiful beach. Sunsets gorgeous! The apartment was clean, comfortable and so luxurious. Perfect location overlooking the sea. Restaurants a short walk. The beach was busy in August, but the calm of the terrace meant it was an extremely relaxing holiday. The jacuzzi was an additional treat! Small Supermarket Only 7 min walk away. Great restaurants for take away food. The pizza and seafood were delicious. The apartment has everything and more! Great Tv channels for kids to chill out with in afternoon (Netflix & prime) Comfortable sun beds and umbrella provided for beach. All in all a fantastic holiday and we hope to come again. We will be staying here again! Filomena was so helpful and very professional and friendly to deal with. We loved it! Thank you, Grazie Mile!

Wonderful house in the perfect setting . House has been renovated to a high standard. The Manager was extremely helpful and changed bed pillows immediately on request. Well equipped house with everything you need for a beach stay. WiFi washing facilities all worked well. Make sure you rent a small car as the gates are very narrow. We have been here two years in a row and will definitely come back next year .

Lage direkt oberhalb des Strandes, nur über wenige Stufen zu erreichen. Allerdings nichts für Personen mit Mobilitätseinschränkung. Ausstattung: es fehlt an nichts. Räumlichkeiten top. Ausblick top. Whirlpool ein nice to have. Check in freundlich und sehr ausführlich. Der Ort an sich bietet außer einem Strandcafe und Restaurant nicht so viel, liegt aber ideal, um die Gegend zu erkunden.

This was an excellent villa, with great amenities and in a perfect location. Communication with he owner and their local representative was very good. The nearby bars and beach cafe were very easily walked to, were very well priced, and offered good selections of tasty snacks and drinks. Access to the beach was simple, but the listing should mention that the final part involves 3 steep wooden steps down some steep rocks onto the sand - easy enough for able-bodies adults, but small children and older folk may find it tricky and hazardous. Otherwise - a wonderful villa in a wonderful location! We may even go again!!

The home was beautiful we enjoyed all of our monthlong stay very much. Took us a while to figure out the locking gates and doors and the recycle situation. Other than that everything was wonderful.

Fabulous in Fontane Bianche.

Beautiful beach front villa. Huge patio/terrace with great views and direct beach access, features hot tub, barbecue, laundry, shower etc. Spotlessly clean, well equipped, tastefully furnished and secure accommodation. Very helpful local agent. Pleasant grounds but access from the narrow road via the narrow gateway can be a little tricky for a large SUV. We swapped our rental "Chelsea Tractor" for a smaller crossover to avoid expensive scratches.

Lovely villa

Great property and as described with everything that you would need for a family holiday. Right on the beach with access. We enjoyed the hot tub most evenings with great views. We visited early April and there wasn’t much open in the local area no restaurants or bars except a beach bar not far from the villa. There is a shop and coffee shop. So glad we had a car and local train station 15min walk away.

Erwartungen übertroffen

Wir wussten anhand den Bildern was uns erwartet und unsere Erwartungen wurden übertroffen! Das Haus ist mega und die Lage top! Der Strand ist sauber und das Wasser ein Traum! Top Gastgeber! Ich hoffe wir können mal wieder kommen! Auto ist ein muss, da die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im Dorf begrenzt sind.

Einfach schön

Die Lage des Hauses ist einmalig, die Einrichtung stimmig, die große Terrasse zum Meer hin vom Frühstück bis zum letzten Glas Wein vor dem Schlafengehen immer großartig. Die Kommunikation war unkompliziert und freundlich, wie schon bei unserem ersten Besuch vor 5 Jahren.

Pro: Fronte mare basso fondale, con discesa diretta sulla spiaggia. Terrazza attrezzata con sdraio, barbecue,bagno con doccia e vasca idromassaggio. Due posti auto. 3 Camere da letto con zanzariere e condizionatori. Due bagni con ampie docce. Tendaggi e televisioni in tutte le stanze. Cucina attrezzata. Struttura riammodernata e pulita. Contro: Per tutta la durata del soggiorno di due settimane, la lavastoviglie non è stata riparata. Materassi letti matrimoniali scomodi per eccessivo affossamento. Sfaldamento continuo rivestimento similpelle sedie cucina. Interventi miglioramento: Installare zanzariera e condizionatore in soggiorno. Riparare perdita lavastoviglie.Sostituire materassi matSostituisedie cucina.
