30 m² apartment located at the Reine Blanche 6 people including 4 adults. Max. , very quiet, comfortable, decreasing rates depending on the duration, close to the slopes, ski out at the foot of the building, beautiful 4.50m2 balcony facing south west. Possibility private parking in addition. This apartment is located on the 5th floor on the mountain side, 1st floor on the street side. It has a single bedroom with a 140 bed, possibility of installing a BB bed next to it, as well as a small bedroom with 2 bunk beds and a wardrobe. This bedroom is also closed and has a window. All the comfort, independence, and the ski-in ski-out outing will seduce you.
Reservation conditions: deposit 20% the balance (transfer) + the deposit 15 days before taking possession.

We provide disposable mattress covers to request by taking your keys from Sport 2000. Please use them and dispose of them at the end of your stay.

Old style cosy apartment

Good location and nice view over slopes. Unit is looking a little bit tired and in need of an update. Not being ‘local’ we expected a bit more in the way of some basics;; condiments such as salt and pepper, toilet paper and linen to be provided. A tea towel would have been useful and also dishwashing tabs or powder for the machine. You need to bring your own ‘everything’ not something we are used to and when travelling from far away this adds to the overall cost of an already expensive accommodation. Also a decent size mug or cup to drink tea out of.. only glasses and very petite cups in the unit.. but there was a teapot which was a bonus.

The host had great communication when our train was delayed meaning we'd arrive late to collect our key.Overall our stay was great and is situated on a brilliant and beautiful spot on the mountain, close to shops and restaurants.However, upon leaving we noticed a FULL list of jobs which were requested to be completed, which were asking for the whole apartment to be 'properly cleaned'- including the toilet and bathroom? Which during multiple stays in Val Thorens we have never been asked such a thing. In addition to also going against the 'check-out instructions' outlined on the VRBO listing, of which we followed.

Wir waren vom 13.12.-20.12.2025 für 1 Woche in dem Apartment. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Von der Kaffeemaschine bis zu Raclette Grill und ausreichend Tellern war alles vorhanden. ich muss aber sagen dass wir nur zu zweit dort waren und daher ausreichend Platz hatten. Zu viert geht es sicher gerade noch, auch wenn es für deutsche Verhältnisse dass schon eng wird. Die Ski konnten wir im Skikeller gut einschließen. Von dort aus waren es auch nur 5m bis man auf die Piste kam. Also alles perfekt. Man kann auch wieder mit Skiern wieder zum Skiraum fahren. Also besser geht es nicht. Die Skischuhe muss aber aber zum Trocknen mit in die Wohnung nehmen. Schön ist auch der Balkon mit Blick auf das Skigebiet. Schön ist auch dass neben Staubsauger auch Reinigungsmittel zur Verfügung stehen. Von der Wohnung ist es auch nicht weit zum Einkaufen oder ins Sportzentrum. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin ist etwas schwierig wenn man kein Französisch spricht. Aber Dank Deepl Übersetzer ist das auch kein echtes Problem. Wir hatten ein perfekte Woche in einem tollen Skigebiet und können die Wohnung empfehlen.

Appartement tout à fait correct et très bien placé

Appartement très fonctionnel avec tout le confort nécessaire pour une semaine de ski.La literie de la chambre avec lit 2 places est excellente. Les lits superposés ont une literie moyennement confortable et un peu court pour un ado avec taille supérieure à 1,70m. L'appartement est très bien situé à 2 mn à pied du centre de la station avec départ et arrivée skis aux pieds et il y a une belle vue sur les montagnes de la salle principale. L'immeuble est situé dans un endroit très calme. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

a dépassé l'attente

L'emplacement est super. Il est à 200m de la Place des Arolles, Ski in Out, avec un téléski à proximité et un casier avec sortie directe. Le bâtiment est bon et l'appartement est proche des escaliers. Très bien équipé, ma seule surprise a été le problème de l'eau chaude (200l) par jour, ma famille est de 5 personnes donc c'est devenu un léger problème mais on s'en est remis. La vue depuis le balcon sensationnel, avec quelques modifications l'appartement pourrait être plus grand, pour les familles nombreuses cela ferait une différence. Je recommande certainement l'appartement à toute la communauté VRBO, j'y retournerais si je reviens.

schöne Wohnung mit sehr guter Küchenausstattung, alles wie beschrieben und ruhig gelegen

die Fotos und der Grundriss zeigen sehr gut die Wohnung und den Blick vom Balkon. Praktisch sind die beiden Schlafzimmer mit Fenster und Schiebetür. Das Treppenhaus ist im Freien, aber gut überdacht/windgeschützt. Im Wohn/Essraum steht noch ein Bett (mit großen Kissen eine bequeme Couch), darunter kann man das 6. Bett herausziehen. Allerdings geht das nur, wenn der Tisch hochgeklappt wird. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet: große Töpfe für min. 6 Personen, drei Pfannen, 12x Besteck und Teller, viele Schüsseln, Gläser, Auflaufform, Raclette, Fondue, Sieb, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine (Filter nicht vergessen) usw. Kühlschrank mit 1-Stern-Gefrierfach, Ceran-Kochfeld mit 4 Feldern; Es gab auch allerlei Putzmittel für Bad/WC, Backofen und Küche (Spülmittel und Tabs für den Geschirrspüler mitnehmen) Für 4 Personen ideal, bei 6 Personen wird es eng, vor allem im Winter mit den Skischuhen und Skijacken und -hosen. Wir waren 2 Erwachsenen und 3 Kinder (15, 14, 11). Im Keller sind der absperrbare Skischrank, ausreichend für 6 Paar Ski, die über Nacht gut trocknen und der Ausgang zur Skiabfahrt. Man kann zum Skilift Plein Sud oder 2 Lacs (oder weiter hinunter) abfahren. Die Schlüsselübergabe klappte problemlos. Es gibt einen Platz in der Tiefgarage des Roche Blanche (white rock) zu mieten (max. Höhe circa 2m). Die Verständigung mit Mme Dondaine erfolgt nur auf Französisch, es ist nicht ganz einfach, aber mit Übersetzunghilfen und Nachfragen hat es geklappt. Wir würden die Wohnung wieder mieten.

Bonjour Merci pour ces bonnes appréciations , Nous avons aussi apprécier notre locataire et sommes près à le recevoir une prochaine fois. Avec la traduction,la barrière de la langue est moins difficile. Il est vrai que l'appartement est prévu pour recevoir 6 personnes (ce qui nous arrive rarement ,pas facile dans 30 m2)
