The house is a 5 minute walk from the beach with direct walking access along the coastal path.
Nearby, there is a surf club and an equestrian center offering many formulas for children.
The house of 65 m2 is equipped with care. Some kitchen dining room and part living room of 25m2 located in the extension timber is equipped with a log stove and a bay window overlooking a sheltered terrace.
From the living room, a spiral staircase will take you to a mezzanine with a magnificent view of the sea.
The surrounding natural space is very unspoiled. There are many hiking places to see. All Abers are nearby and the island of Ouessant is waiting for you.

Dream holiday in perfect accomodation

I had an awesome stay in this beautiful house! It was even nicer then I imagined from the pictures, you could even see the sea from the kitchen window. Garden and terrace were perfect for the dog, she enjoyed the stay just as much as I did. Communication with Baptiste was super uncomplicated and very friendly, so was the Check In and Check out. The sea is just in front of the door, you can either enjoy watching the surfers on the one side or wander along the coast path on the other side. The next bakery is about a 25mins walk away, which was perfect for our morning walks. The area is just breathtakingly beautiful, with a 30-60 mins drive you can reach the most stunning hiking areas. I would definitely book this accommodation again, highly recommended!!

Wenn ich die Augen schließe, sitze ich am Abend auf der Terrasse, eine frische Brise weht, Fisch und Champagner schmecken und die Planung für den nächsten Tag läuft.Super Standort am Meer, nette Menschen und wenn man ganz genau hinschaut, sieht man am Horizont den Kereon winken.....Merci.

Vue extraordinaire depuis la maison région sublime, excellent emplacement pour découvrir les abers et se rendre à Ouessant et Molène. Des moustiquaires seraient un plus pour les fenêtres latérales. Excellent séjour nous recommandons.

Wunderbare Tage am Meer

Wie schon die beiden Male vorher, haben wir auch den 3. Aufenthalt in dem schönen individuell gestalteten Häuschen sehr genossen. Auch Regentage kann man hier gut aushalten und die Wetterwechsel durch die großen Fenster zum Meer beobachten.Die Lage ist auch zum ausgiebigen Radfahren toll.Die Kommunikation und der Empfang sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Immer wieder!

Emplacement exceptionnel qui permet de profiter de la côte sauvage. Gîte très confortable et agréable à vivre. Salle de douche un peu vieillotte mais équipée correctement. Pas beaucoup de rangements pour les affaires personnelles. Bien préciser que la chambre se situe au rez de chaussée. Pas besoin d’emprunter l’escalier en colimaçon !

Merveilleux séjour

Séjour merveilleux dans une maison si proche de la nature, de la mer, que l'on voit, que l'on entend, que l'on respire, des arbres, des fleurs, et proche de toutes les facilités nécessaires (commerces). Maison agréable à vivre, lumineuse, pratique, agréable. Accès aux chemins de randonnée tous plus beaux les uns que les autres.

ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen und Entspannen

eine der seltenen Gegenden, die in echt noch schöner sind als auf den Bildern. Hier meine Erfahrungen: - Natur pur, mit Meerblick - aufregende Gegend - durch die tief eingeschnittenen Buchten, keine typische Atlantikströmung - saubere Sandküsten - sehr gut ausgestattes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage - Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ca. 5 km entfernt - komfortabler EBike Verleih ( EBike wird vor Ort angeliefert und abgeholt) - sehr gute Kommunikation mit den Vermietern - Möglichkeit eines Surfkurses, ca. 1,5 km vom Ferienhaus für meine 14 - jährige Tochter ( Neoprenanzug und Board inklusive) Alles in allem: ein Ort für einen erholsamen Urlaub vielen Dank

Unser erster Bretagne-Aufenthalt

Unser "Einstieg" in die Bretagne hier in Landunvez. Sehr schön in zweiter Reihe gelegen, sehr hell, für 2 Personen sehr großzügiges Häuschen, schöner Garten, netter Kontakt zu Vermieter und Verwalter-Paar. Unsere Lieblingsecke war das Fenster nach Westen auf der Empore.

Lage, Lage, Lage,….😀

Das Ferienhaus ist in der Anzeige recht gut beschrieben und für uns zwei war es eine gute Größe. Zwar liegt es hinter einem anderen Haus, bietet aber dennoch eine gute Sicht auf die wirklich spektakuläre Küste. Ein schöner Strand ist ca 300 Meter entfernt und einen Bäcker und Restaurants findet man im Nachbarort. Die Ausstattung mit Geschirr und Küchenutensilien ist ok. Das Bad ist vielleicht etwas dunkel, aber auch hier funktioniert alles. Wir wären wirklich glücklich gewesen hätte es nicht diese Unmenge von Fliegen gegeben ,welche ihre Sch… überall hinterließen. Das war für uns eine neue Erfahrung, aber was soll man machen? Wir haben soviele wie möglich erschlagen, aber nach ein zwei Tagen waren sie wieder da. Deshalb leider keine volle Punktzahl, ansonsten waren wir mit unserer Wahl wirklich zufrieden. Die Küstenstraße bietet immer wieder sehr schöne Ausblicke und die Ruhe ist garantiert.

Auf der wilden Seite der Bretagne...

hatten wir zum 2. mal gute Tage im liebevollen gestalteten Haus in fantastischer Umgebung. Das Wetter hätte deutlich besser sein, aber der Sommer war ja überall verregnet und ein von Sturmböen aufgewühltes Meer ist beeindruckend. Jederzeit wieder!

Herrliche Lage

Wir haben uns in dem luftigen, hellen, bequem eingerichteten Haus in herrlicher Lage sehr wohl gefühlt: wunderbare Aussicht, Ruhe, nah bei Meer und Küstenweg, viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten, freundlicher Empfang- alles, was wir uns wünschten war vorhanden; merci beaucoup et à la prochaine!
