Escape to paradise at our beautiful condo on Sanibel Island. Located on prestigious West Gulf Drive in the sought-after Breakers West community, Unit B1 offers the perfect blend of relaxation, comfort, and natural beauty, with direct access to Sanibel's world-famous shell-strewn beaches just a short stroll away.

What makes B1 especially unique is its coveted end-unit location. B1 features additional windows that fill the living spaces with natural light throughout the day while also providing enhanced privacy.

The condo features a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living and dining areas, and a private outdoor space where you can enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail while embracing the relaxed island lifestyle. Thoughtfully furnished and well-appointed, Unit B1 provides everything you need for a carefree beach vacation. To make your beach days even easier, we provide beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach towels for our guests to enjoy.

This is a second-floor unit with elevator access. Guests will also appreciate the convenience of a full-size washer and dryer located within the unit, making longer stays comfortable and hassle-free. The unit includes one assigned parking space, with additional guest parking available on the property.

To help you settle in, we provide starter supplies including bath soap, paper towels, toilet paper, dish detergent, a coffee pack, coffee filters, salt, and pepper. For longer stays, additional supplies may be needed and can be purchased at nearby stores. For coffee lovers, both a drip coffee maker and a Keurig coffee maker are provided for your convenience.

Spend your days collecting shells along Sanibel's pristine shoreline, biking the island's scenic paths, exploring J.N. "Ding" Darling National Wildlife Refuge, kayaking through mangrove waterways, or simply unwinding at the heated pool reserved for Breakers West guests before taking a sunset walk on the beach.

The condo had everything we needed to make the most of a lovely long weekend with our family of five (we brought a pack and play)! The walk to the beach was easy enough for our small kids. The host was helpful and responsive when we forgot something in the unit after check-out. Can’t wait to come back to Sanibel!

The grill area was in the drive and in the sun. No where to sit while cooking. I thought we had a lower unit, but it was on the 2nd deck.

The condo is on the 2nd floor (literally 10 steps up) plus we have an elevator for guests to use. Complaining about a chair while you're grilling? That's a new one! We have super comfy beach chairs that you could have taken to the grilling area if you need to sit that badly. Have a great day, and try to cheer up!

Such a wonderful hidden treasure! Having direct beach access was heavenly. The condo is equipped with everything you need, the beach wagon came in clutch! The weather was perfect and glorious sunset on our final night was the cherry on top! We will definitely book again!

Great place to stay !

Our condo was very clean and updated. A short walk to the beach and the pool was very nice. The owners were very helpful and easy to work with. They also went out of their way to assist us with a item we left behind.If your looking for a great place to stay this is it !

Great place!

Loved our time here with our 2 young kids. Very nice 2 bdrm’s and 2 bath’s, nice pool right outside and 100 yard walk down a nice sandy trail to the beach. Perfect family getaway and we will certainly be back.

This was a wonderful condo for our Sanibel vacation. The location was excellent, the condo itself was lovely- clean and very updated. Kitchen was great, we cooked meals at home, the grill was easy to use. The beach was beautiful, we enjoyed sunrise shelling! Dusk was the only time the no-see-ums were out so we just wore long shirts and pants and it wasn’t a problem. Communication with the hosts was excellent. We rented bikes from Finnmores and biked all over the island - the refuge was the highlight! Doc Fords was our favorite meal. The Shell museum is not to be missed!!! Birding was excellent. Would highly recommend this condo for your adventure!

We chose to buy this home because of the location, beach front on the west side of Sanibel where you can see the most beautiful sunsets in the world. We got married on this beach, and fell in love with Sanibel!

What makes this property unique

Unit B1 is an end unit with additional windows, allowing extra sunlight. Laundry facilities are available in-unit. Includes free wifi and long distance calls within North America. The unit is located on the Gulf side of West Gulf Drive, with private beach access. As it is located on beachfront property, it's a short walk to the beach where you can enjoy the wildlife, shelling, sunsets and waves.
