Our Beach Colony West Penthouse condo on the 17th floor features free beach service (umbrella & 2 chairs). High demand unit . If booked or you want more privacy - ask about our 3 bedroom beach house across the street on Sonata Ct (The Village) with it's own private beach - Homeaway 289086. homeaway/289086

Family friendly only - no college students without parents allowed. Free beach service Mar 1 - Oct 31 included (2 chairs & umbrella worth $200). Read the reviews. Restaurants on the island and the pier are short walk down the beach. Slightly past the pier is an incredible man made reef if you enjoy snorkeling. There’s also a tiki bar and restaurant on the other side of the street and decks where you can enjoy the weather as well as wave runner rentals, bike trails, & beach volleyball.

I highly recommend staying here. The condo was very clean, within walking distance to the beach, and had amazing views! We were also able to check in early and communicating with the owner was extremely easy! We will definitely be staying here again.

This is a great place to decompress and enjoy some beach time. This is our go to rental if it's available. Perfect for families wanting to spend time together.....highly recommend you won't be disappointed.

Great place to stay

This was a great location in a quite area with a private beach which was just beautiful. however there wra couple of small details that was annoying, the telescope was useless it was broken and the binoculars were very weak we could barley see the dolphins as they swam by. The other minor details we figured out by the time we left, like the gate code.

The entire rental process was easy. Great location. Tons of great kitchen supplies (sponge, trash bags, salt and pepper, etc). Comfortable rooms. Couldn’t have asked for more.

Property owner was prompt in returning calls, and condo was as advertised. As we were there for 2 weeks they could have supplied more basic essentials such as paper towels, t-p, etc.
