The property was exactly what we wanted for a long weekend getaway. The fishing was delightful, the bed was comfortable, and the cabin was perfect. It is quiet and beautiful outside!
Our stay was absolutely perfect. The cabin was cute, cozy and very clean. We will definitely be back. Thanks to Barb and Cliff for making us feel welcome!

The hosts could not be nicer. Great folks! I plan on staying again. Look it's a MT. cabin not the Waldorf Astoria. It is a very comfortable cabin. Enjoy life in the slow lane once in a while.Tom
Cliff and Barbara are the absolute BEST! We enjoyed our conversations with them. They do an awesome job with the cabin and property. The porch and Jill (sweet heart of a dog) are amazing and we will miss both. Read all the reviews, IGNORE Margaret G. 2018 and Lisa M. 2016.... the reviews are all true!

Thank you for nice review. We were happy to have you stay with us. Hope to have you return barb
This was a spacious cabin! Barbra had fully stocked the kitchen and left us with plenty of towels in the bathroom. This cabin had two very nice size bedrooms, one in which had two beds. It had one in a half bathrooms, nice size living room with a very comfy couch, dining room, and kitchen. It was peaceful sitting on the front porch. My boys absolutely loved the fishing pond with the paddle boat. I would definitely rent this cabin again. I would have to say that my favorite thing about this cabin was the antique decor. Just beautiful.

She is also a talented artist.
Beautiful scenary with plenty of places to sit and enjoy it.
We had a relaxing time at the cabin that had any/everything we needed and we found fun things to do around town. The Sparks are so kind and helpful. Truly wonderful people with a great cabin! Highly recommend!
Hilltop cabin is a nice cabin for a getaway. The property and landscape are very well taken care of. The cabin is close enough to Richmond, round barns and covered bridges. Barbara and Cliff are very nice and will take care of anything that may come up. It’s a lovely cabin on a lovely setting.
What a perfect place for a quiet, wonderful, fun sister weekend! Barb and Cliff are delightful and it was very interesting hearing about the history of their cabins.
We had a wonderful stay at the cabin! Beautiful property! Property owner was very accommodating!
We could not be happier! We will be staying here each year! Thank you!

My husband and I have repurposed several cabins in the last 30 years. We enjoy sharing them with you and meeting new people. On the property, we have the cabin my grandparents built in early 1900. We also enjoy riding our Harleys.
Why they chose this property
We purchased this property because of the location. The area is a quiet rural setting.
What makes this property unique
Our log cabin is the only one in the Richmond area so that makes it a special place to stay.
