Villa situated on a hillside with sea view.
You will dominate the Beach of the Ovu Santu the middle of the bush and enjoy a southern exposure giving you maximum sunshine. You will enjoy a swimming pool (6. 5X4X1. 3) and you can enjoy the first beaches either on foot (a dozen minutes) or by car (barely 3 minutes).
The house is surrounded by a large space where your children can play in peace.
