Sehr schönes Ferienhaus in schönem ambiente

Wir haben 2 wunderbare wochen in dem Ferienhaus mit hund verbracht. Grosses haus für max 6 personen. Grosses grundstück mit olivenbäumen u frischen wild wachsenden kräutern. Ein toller feigenbaum mit reifen früchten. Schöner Swimmingpool mit neuen liegen!! Wunderbar für abkühlung u sonnenbad. Grosser wohnessbereich mit kleiner offener küche. Die wohnzimmermöbel sind schon ein bisschen in die jahre gekommen u so auch die stuhlauflagen auf d terrasse. Könnte mal erneuert werden. Schade ist auch, dass d terrasse nicht regendicht überdacht ist. So kann man leider nicht bei regen draussen sitzen. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und der eigentümer ist sehr nett u ist jederzeit zu erreichen.

Beautiful house in lovely Lorgues

The house was spotless, the pool was even better than the pictures and the kitchen was very well equipped. Renaud was great at getting back to us with messages before our arrival and we loved Lorgues! The only thing I would say is that it that it’s tricky to get cars right up to the house because of the drive being on a hill, but absolutely not too far to carry luggage. Also, the path to the pool is a little tricky - it was fine for us with a baby to carry but very young children might need to be watched closely! Overall we loved the house and would definitely book again.

Wunderschönes Haus in perfekter Lage

Wir hatten eine traumhaft schöne Zeit in diesem wunderschönen Haus, in dem es uns an nichts gefehlt hat. Die Zimmer sind sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, und machen es so auch drinnen zu einem sehr schönen Erlebnis.Das Haus, der Garten und Pool sind bezaubernd, und haben es für uns zu unserer perfekten Urlaubswoche gemacht.

Entspannung und Ruhe pur

Diese Unterkunft mit Pool und Riesengrundstück sucht seinesgleichen. Sie liegt ideal eingebettet in einem ruhigen großzügig angelegten Villenviertel. Das Grundstück ist wunderschön bepflanzt, der Pool ist groß und sauber. Es gibt ausreichend Liegen und Sitzplätze in der Sonne und im Schatten. Man möchte das Grundstück am liebsten nur zum Einkaufen verlassen. Wenn man kleine Kinder dabei hat, wird man an diesem Haus schätzen, dass der Pool entsprechend weit genug vom Haus und Eßplatz entfernt ist, so dass keine unmittelbare Gefahr für Kleinkinder durch den Pool entsteht. Zum Einkaufen braucht man ein Auto, denn das Haus liegt in der Peripherie von Lorgues, das Zentrum ist einige Autominuten vom Haus entfernt. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll und liebevoll eingerichtet, der Eß-/Wohnraum ist großzügig angelegt. Einziger (persönlicher) Kritikpunkt: die Einrichtung sowie die Wohnaccessoires sind schon etwas älter (im Vergleich zu den Fotos). Den einen oder anderen mag es vielleicht auch stören dass es in der Toilette kein Fenster gibt. Insgesamt ist dieses Objekt dennoch ein empfehlenswerter Ort um mit einer Großfamilie in unkomplizierter Atmosphäre absolut entspannte Ferien zu verbringen.

Une très jolie maison avec un jardin charmant, oliviers et ambiance méditerrannéenne. Au calme et en pleine campagne avec beaucoup de lumière dans la maison et une décoration très soignée. Je recommande largement.

Comfortabele villa op kleine afstand van Lorgues.

Mijn vrouw, ik en onze kleine hond hebben twee weken kunnen genieten van dit heerlijke huis. Renaud was erg behulpzaam in naar aanloop en tijdens ons verblijf. Het huis was netjes, schoon en keurig ingericht. Overdag hebben we heerlijk aan het beneden gelegen zwembad kunnen genieten. Aan het eind van de dag als de zon wat lager stond gingen we naar boven om daar op terras van een glaasje wijn en franse kazen en worsten te genieten. Het enige dat we hebben gemist was een afdakje op het terras voor als het een keertje regent en je toch lekker buiten wil zitten. De ligging van het huis is perfect. Je hebt namelijk wel privacy echter zit niet in de middle of nowhere. Op steenworp afstand staat het huis van de buren echter daar merk je door de begroeiing en het hoogteverschil niets van. Lorgues (5 minuten rijden) is een klein maar gezellig dorpje met een verbazingwekkend leuke markt die volgens mij elke dinsdag is. Iets verder ligt Salernes wat ook leuk is om te bezoeken. Wij zijn ook nog een dagje naar Grasse (parfum hoofdstad) en St Tropez geweest. Als je meer van de natuur houdt dan is het ook een aanrader om naar Gorges du Verdon (Grand Canyon) te gaan. Al met al een heerlijk huis en absolute aanrader!

Très belle location, conforme au descriptif. Propriétaire discret et soucieux de notre confort ( les bouteilles de rosé dans le frigo à notre arrivée super!) Séjour très agréable dans une vaste propriété , où nous avons profité de la piscine et du terrain de boules. L'environnement très calme pas très loin du centre ville ( mais voiture indispensable ). A recommander.

Belle villa au calme

Une villa décorée avec beaucoup de goût dans un environnement très calme. Piscine agréable et beau jardin aménagé en restanques. Propriétaire sympathique et disponible. A voir dans les environs les villages de Aups, Cotignac, Abbaye du Thoronet. Si vous aimez la foule, Saint-Tropez n'est pas loin, pensez à prendre la navette de Sainte-Maxime pour y aller. Un peu plus loin, le musée Fragonard (usine historique) à Grasse vaut le déplacement. Seul problème concernant la villa, les odeurs de fosses septiques qui sont gênantes et récurrentes malgré les produits utilisés. Il faudrait que le propriétaire trouve une solution pour régler ce problème.

"Une maison bien située au calme, spacieuse, pratique car de plein pied, tout y est pour passer un agréable séjour, il manque cependant quelques petites choses au niveau de la cuisine et se serai parfait, la piscine a beaucoup plu aux enfants, la ville de lorgues est très jolie,l''accès autant vers la mer que vers les gorges du verdon est à 1 heure seulement. Le propriétaire est très acceuillant et disponible durant le séjour, nous conseillons vivement ce logement."

"Nous avons passé 3 agréables semaines chez Mr et Mme M. La maison est de plein pied ce qui est facile lorsque l''on a des enfants.Les chambres sont assez spacieuses.La pièce à vivre est grande.Belle terrasse où nous avons mangé tous les jours.La tonnelle ne protège pas complètement des rayons du soleil donc il peut y faire assez chaud. Mr et Mme M. mettent à disposition un accès internet (avec diverses chaines de TV) ce qui est vraiment un plus quand on veut faire des recherches sur la région, visites, restos etc...Attention ! A ne pas utiliser à des fins professionnelles pendant les vacances! La cuisine est fonctionnelle avec tout ce qu''il faut mais elle n''est pas très grande et je pense qu''elle pourrait être optimisée par davantage de placards; Le jardin est très joli avec les restanques et la multitude d''oliviers et de lavandes.L''un des accès à la piscine par les marches et petit sentier est difficile pour un enfant et une personne à mobilité réduite;Dans ce cas il faut faire le tour.La terrasse en bois tout autour de la piscine et qui est nouvelle de cette année est très agréable;Attention cependant à ne pas glisser quand c''est mouillé. Nous avons donné à Mr M. quelques petites idées supplémentaires pour améliorer le quotidien. Encore un grand merci et peut être à l''année prochaine..."
