We really enjoyed our two weeks holiday in Cannes. We have everything we needed in the appartment. All communication, check in and check out worked perfectly and Mme Bona as well as Michelle were always helpful. Excellent apartment and beautiful Time at Cannes.

I was with my family, and this was the best holiday I’ve ever been on. Beautiful apartment, and very beautiful area. Mme Bonna welcomed us very nicely. The beach is 5 minutes away from the apartment and small shops. A very pleasant experience in a well appointed apartment although it is probably in need of some renovation. Mdme Bona was very helpful and we were welcomed with a bottle of champagne and 2 bottles of beer which was a very pleasant gesture

Très bel appartement décoré avec beaucoup de goût offrant une magnifique vue sur la baie de Cannes, commerces à proximité et la Croisette est à 15 mn à pied, concernant la gare compter 30 mn afin de se rendre vers d'autres destinations tel que Monaco, Menton, Nice idéal pour se passer de la voiture car la circulation est dense.Concernant l'appartement, il offre tout le confort nécessaire et merci à Mme Bona et Mme Hodac pour l'accueil et leur disponibilité.

Ottimo appartamento

Con la famiglia ho passato due settimane in questo splendido appartamento. Situato davanti all’isola di Santa Margherita offre una vista bellissima in un contesto residenziale molto tranquillo. L’appartamento é completamente attrezzato, molto luminoso, climatizzato, ha a disposizione un garage, che in Costa Azzurra è un gran vantaggio. La vista è una cartolina quotidiana. Ottimo, assolutamente consigliato. Un grazie a Madame Bona, la persona che cura l’appartamento, cordiale e super efficiente. Un grazie anche a Madame Hodac, la proprietaria, che si è da subito interessata che tutto fosse a posto. Arrivederci!

Hübsche Wohnung, sehr gute Ausstattung, es fehlte nichts zum alltäglichen Gebrauch. Optimale Lage mit tollem Meerblick und ziemlich zentral.Die Straße stört ein wenig, aber das ist an der ganzen Cote so, wenn man einen direkten Meerblick wünscht. Der Empfang,Einweisung und die Schlüssel durch Frau Bona unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Bäckerei zu Fuß 5min, zum Strand etwas weiter. Auch die Croisette ist zu Fuß in 20min zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist sehr persönlich eingerichtet, ein paar Dinge könnten modernisiert werden, uns hat es aber nicht gestört. Ein schöner Urlaub mit tollen Eindrücken.Wir würden wieder kommen, aber zu einer anderen Jahreszeit. Im August ist überall zu viel los.

Vue exceptionnelle

Nous avons passé 2 superbes semaines dans l' appartement de Mme Hodac. Le logement est conforme à l' annonce, très bien équipé. Et cette vue sur les îles de Lérins...magnifique !!!! Seul bémol, la rue est très passante donc bruyante. Nous remercions Mme Hodac et Mme Bona pour leur accueil chaleureux.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour dans cet appartement spacieux et confortable qui offre une vue splendide sur la mer. La propriétaire Madame Hodac est très attentionnée. A souligner que la climatisation dans les 2 chambres ainsi que dans le salon est particulièrement agréable par temps de canicule et que le box du parking est assez spacieux pour un monospace.

Abbiamo soggiornato una settimana in quattro. Appartamento spazioso, locali grandi e luminosi, terrazza con vista sul mare. Ben climatizzato, pulito e ottima disponibilità della custode. Fuori dal centro e dalle spiagge ma ci si muove bene con i bus e l’automobile. Parcheggio sotterraneo comodo.

Der Ausblick aufs Mees ist unbeschreiblich...

Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt mit einem wunderschönem Garten. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Garage ist auch verfügbar. An diese Stelle möchte ich mich bei der Frau Hodac u. Frau Bona für den unvergesslichen Aufenthalt bedanken😘.

Schöne Wohnung mit guter Lage

Die Wohnung ist genau so wie auf den Fotos. Grosse Wohn- und Schlafräume. Perfekt für 4 Personen. Man kann in der Küche super kochen! Meine Frau und ich waren 6 Wochen da und hatten eine super schöne Zeit. Frau Bona (Nachbarin) ist zuständig für den Check-In etc. und war extrem nett, freundlich und zuvorkommend! Ich kann die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen. Man ist mit dem Velo in 3-5 Minuten in der Stadt. Perfekt auch zum Joggen und Sparziergänge.

Merveilleux séjour

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour dans l'appartement fabuleux de Mme Hodac. Il est très joliment décoré, il dispose d'une vue mer incroyable face aux îles de Lerins, à 20 mn à pied de la Croisette, très bien équipé, très bonne literie, prestations de haute qualité. Un accueil vraiment très agréable, avec Mme Hodac et son assistante Mme Bona, que nous remercions vivement pour leur gentillesse et disponibilité. Tout est entrepris pour nous satisfaire, ce qui est très appréciable. Nous garderons un merveilleux souvenir de notre séjour au San Régis.

Quelle vue exceptionnelle sur l'île Saint Marguerite en face de Cannes , incroyable juste en face . L'appartement très joliment décoré , ne manquant de rien laisse l' impression d' être à la maison . La propriétaire et son assistante seront à votre disposition pour vous conseiller , vous aider avec une gentillesse parfaite . Un seul regret ne pas être resté plus longtemps . Vraiment une envie de revenir vite Si je pouvais mettre 6 étoiles , je le ferais .

Il est bien équipé , l’emplacement très bon si on veut pas être au centre de la ville néanmoins l’appartement a besoin d’entretien.
