A lovely Spacious and Bright luxury 85sq m Two Bedroom apartment that is in an excellent central location! Only a block away from the main beachfront promenade 'La Croisette'. Only 1 1/2min to Beaches, great Shopping, Cafes & Restaurants and only 5min walk to the Festival Hall. The Carre D'Or is the most vibrant and exclusive area in Cannes. *Note even whit its central location the Apartment is stil very Quiet & Calm! There is parking underground but you are so central you don't need it! It is situated on the 4th floor of a modern building with an elevator/lift. There is a front Balcony & a rear 7m loggia/terrace overlooking a garden- both areas are nice for drinks or al fresco dining. There is a new modern Air Conditioning system in both bedrooms and the living room. Internet & WiFi for laptops. DVD player & 42' flat screen Tv w/ Cable (4 English News stns BBC,Sky,CNN and France 24hrs, movies,sports etc..) Two IHOMES w IPOD & IPHONE docking stations to listen to you own music.


Gem of a Location.: Secure parking- if you need but the location is so central you can walk everwhere! It is 'Very Convenient' to everything that you might need.

Great location, everything you need!

What a great spot- super close to everything and private. Love the balcony (though morning construction was ongoing during our stay). So helpful to have the beach chairs and umbrella provided. Gary and Jessamyn were super communicative and helpful checking in during the days leading up to the stay and when we arrived. Even though we were delayed Jessamyn stuck around to help us get in the unit. Would definitely stay here again upon returning to Cannes.

We loved our stay here! This property was very clean and had absolutely everything we needed, plus it is decorated very nicely. It is also in an excellent location minutes from the beach and surrounded by many restaurants and shops. It was also an easy walk from the train station.

Very pleasant apartment in a calm part of Cannes. Only slight disappointment was the lack of direct sun on the balconies but it is so close to the beach that it didn't matter.

Perfect location, easy access to the promenade and town centre. Excellent boulangerie nearby. Try the "cracquante". Memorable. Plenty of restaurants nearby but try "La Grande Mere" at Le Souquet for real french food and superb service. We go there every time we visit Cannes.

Loved our stay in Cannes for the week. The apartment was ideal location with less than 3 min walk to beaches and right in the heart of shopping and eateries. Plenty of room for our family of 4 with 2 teen girls. Lovely neighborhood. Owner and manager very responsive to our questions. We would certainly return again.

I did not stay there, but booked on behalf of work colleagues who were attending MIPIM. From the time I booked until the time my colleagues checked in, everything was flawless.. Great apartment in the center of Cannes

We have been guests in the apartment for five days and the apartment is very nice and roomy just in the heart of Cannes. The location is perfect with the beach in a 3 min walking distance and the shops and beautiful boutiques just around the corner. The communication with Gary and Jessamyn was very good with short response times and contained all important information. I would love to visit this place again with the family. Very Disappointing Experience with the Host

I have never encountered someone as rude as this property owner. Being the owner does not justify a lack of basic politeness. He acted dishonestly — we requested to extend our stay by one day, and he asked us to pay in cash, which we did. Now he is demanding payment again through the website.We rented this apartment for work and stayed in several places around Cannes — this was by far the worst experience. I would never return, and I strongly advise against renting this apartment.

A massive construction site, a building being torn down, is going on adjacent to the property, directly outside the bedrooms. An entire building!!.., and the noise, and the dust is pitiful. None of this was ever disclosed. NEVER again will we book with VRBO.

Amazing Location, Fantastic Apartment

We really lucked out in finding this amazing flat at the last minute. We changed destinations from Marseille to Cannes at the last minute and found a very affordable flat. The property owner Jacques was very responsive and finalized the rental within 2 days. The flat itself is beautiful and very clean, one street away from the Croisette and among all the restaurants, bars and shopping. Very safe environment that we felt comfortable wandering about to determine where to dine for lunch/dinner. A mere 7 minute walk from the train, though a portion of the walk is uphill and if you have heavy suitcases it can be tiring (we overpacked!). The two bedrooms were very comfortable and we appreciated the commode being separate from the bathtub/shower and two sinks. The kitchen was fully stocked though all we made was tea/coffee. But ready to go if you were to prepare a meal. We loved the front and back patios though we lounged on the front one the most to people watch across the neighborhood. The washer/dryer was a bonus as we were traveling for 3 weeks by the time we got to Cannes. Jessamyn, the property manager was delightful! We easily coordinated a time to collect the keys, she gave us a tour and then we we’re off to enjoy the rental. We had a bit of trouble connecting to the WiFi and Jessamyn was easy to contact via text and resolve issues. I highly recommend renting this amazing flat and will stay there on our next trip.

Everything about our experience was warm and welcoming. The owner, Gary, caĺled before our arrival which was very reassuring. His manager, Jessamyn, contacted us as well, and met us upon arrival at the rental. She, too, is warm and friendly. She showed us around the flat, answered any questions we had. The flat itself is pleasant and comfortable. It looks nice, is clean and quiet. The location itself is great. Everything is right in the doorstep. Countless restaurants and cafes, and that lovely promenade. We were down at the sea a couple of times each day. Loved it.

Tolle Wohnung in Top Lage

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in einer sehr zentralen Wohnung. Gehobene Ausstattung. Die Wohnung war sauber, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Insgesamt verfügt die Wohnung über 3 Klimaanlagen. Selbst Kapseln für eine Nespresso Kaffeemaschine wurden zur Verfügung gestellt. Alles fußläufig zu erreichen. Trotz einiger Bars in der näheren Umgebung ruhig. Rollos in beiden Schlafräumen vorhanden. Leider wurde nebenan gebaut, so dass die Nacht spätestens um 8 Uhr vorbei war. Ein Problem mit Warmwasser in der Dusche wurde unverzüglich behoben. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter hätte nicht besser sein können. Lediglich die zur Wohnung gehörende Tiefgarage ist knifflig. Hier hat man ohne Allrad Probleme (steile Auffahrt). Alles in allem würden wir die Wohnung sofort wieder buchen.

Super Aufenthalt in Cannes

Wir kommen soeben aus einem 5-tägigen wunderschönen Urlaub aus Cannes wieder. Das Apartment liegt in bester Lage mitten im pulsierenden Leben. Dennoch ist es sehr ruhig, man kann sehr gut mit offenem Fenster schlafen. Das Apartment ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert reibungslos und ist auch nachts sehr leise. Wir können das Apartment absolut weiter empfehlen. Gerne wieder!
