We want to return.

Is a nice place, close to action restauranrs and beach. It was not overly noisy. Were asked to not talk on the balcony at night due to echo so need to aware of outside quiet hours. Otherwise a nice place to stay.

Our host was responsive and so helpful. The location was excellent for access to beach,groceries, restaurants, and 5th Avenue. The complex was a quiet oasis, comfortable and beautiful, clean and nicely provisioned. We loved sitting out on the courtyard balcony, hidden among the palm leaves! And being able to easily mirror our screen on the TV meant we could enjoy a quiet night in with our choice of entertainment.

Wow!

We found that this condo was perfect for us. Daniala and all of Vimex were great to deal with. If there was an issue, (which all were minor issues) they were promptly dealt with. Adrian at the Playa Kaan condos was also very helpful. Luciano the owner was very easy to deal with. I would love to stay there again.

The condos are 24/7 safe and the stuff is very courteous. The beach is just couple minutes walk distance . Definitely will loo forward to come back

Practical, clean, spascious

Myself, my mom, sister and cousin shared this condo over new year holidays at Playa del Carmen. The location is very central indeed, only short minutes walk to the 5th ave, shopping malls, restaurants, grocery stores, etc. The condo unit was practical and spacious, without much design decor but clean, roomy and well maintained. There was occasional noise coming from the 5th and from the cathedral across the street, but it was very minimal and I'm sure still better than at some other places that are right on the 5th. This was secluded enough and central enough. Parking came very handy as we did need a car to drive to the beach. Unfortunately, Playa doesn't have any good beaches close to downtown anymore. You have to walk for about 30 min or drive for 10 min to get to nicer beach areas. So if beach is your main concern, try to stay closer to the water. Otherwise, this is a great place to stay while exploring Playa del Carmen.

First time to Mexico

I'm glad I chose a condo over an all inclusive. It gave me freedom to explore Tulum Akamal Xel-ha and 5th Ave. Vimex was great at responding to our needs. The condo was just like the photos, clean and close to beach and the fun of walking and shopping on 5th avenue. It was quiet even though only a block or 2 to Congo Bongo.

Stayed a week at this condo. Great deal. Apt was very clean, has a gated entrance with security who were very helpful. Location is excellent for 5th ave and the beach is two blocks away. Whatever your looking to do in playa this condo is ideal
