This semi-detached wooden chalet of 120 m3 is fully equipped to offer every comfort and fully enjoy the fireplace with the family. South facing, quiet, 10 minutes walk from the city center, it is located on the heights Xettes with stunning views of the ski slopes and lake. Chalet fenced with private parking.
This chalet consists of:
- 3 large spacious rooms, one opens onto a balcony where you can enjoy breakfast overlooking the ski slopes.

Prestations conformes à la description sauf « la vue », temporairement mais pendant presque tout le séjour, obstruée par un énorme camping car , appartenant aux locataires du chalet mitoyen et gare devant notre baie vitrée du séjour +cuisine Frais de ménage jugés excessifs

SEJOUR TRES AGREABLE MEME SANS LA NEIGE

Chalet très bien aménagé avec vue sur le lac et les pistes. Les départ de randonnées sont proches. Il manque juste des jeux de société pour les soirées rallongées par le couvre-feu !

Le chalet est à proximité du centre ville, proche des pistes, vue magnifique. Chalet très bien entretenu par les propriétaires, très bien équipé. Cela fait 3 ans que nous louons ce chalet en famille et nous nous y sentons très bien. De plus la literie y est de très belle qualité ce qui est rare dans les locations.

Wir haben 2 sehr schöne Wochen in den Vogesen verbracht und uns in dem Chalet sehr wohlgefühlt. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Alles war sehr sauber, die Betten waren neu, schöne Bäder und es gab mehr als ausreichend Geschirr, Besteck usw.. Gerne kommen wir noch einmal wieder.

Nous avons passé un agréable week-end, le chalet est très propre et bien équipé. Une vue magnifique. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l’extérieur clos, goudronné et très pratique pour notre fille en fauteuil. Seul petit bémol la marche assez haute de la porte d'entrée, pas évident pour un fauteuil. Mais cela n’a pas gâché pour autant notre séjour. Nous recommandons cette location.

Nous avons passé un agréable week-end en famille. Le chalet est au top! Il ne manque rien, il est vraiment bien équipé, propre, bien agencé, tout en bois et donc avec beaucoup de charme. Nous étions 8, et nous n'avons pas eu le sentiment d'être serrés. La mitoyenneté n'est absolument pas gênante car très bien isolé. Le seul point négatif qu'on puisse relever, c'est qu'on a besoin d'une voiture pour se rendre à Gerardmer centre car la location est située en hauteur... qui est aussi un point positif car cela donne une belle vue sur le lac... De plus, la dame qui nous a accueilli est très agréable!!! Nous garderons l'adresse sous le coude pour un éventuel prochain séjour...

Superbe chalet très bien équipé. Rien ne manquait pour passer un agréable séjour. Nous avons été accueilli par une dame très sympathique pour la remise des clés et l'état des lieux. Dommage que la météo n'était pas de la partie. Je recommanderais sans aucun problème ce chalet à mon entourage.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour au sein de ce chalet tout confort. Les équipements et la décoration contemporaine sont très agréable sans enlever l'ambiance Chalet. Seul bémol, la sensation de chauffage au sol peu agréable à mon gout. La neige était présente..... et cela a été un vrai bonheur ! Le pret de luge a été très apprécié par les enfants ! Nous recommandons cette location et nous y retournerons à l'occasion !
