A good holiday

We loved the table tennis and the property suited us well. We could have done with more cafes/ restaurants locally.

Ferienhaus mit viel Platz und großem Garten

Bonjour, das Ferienhaus ist wirklich groß und geräumig und wir 5 hatten alle genug Platz. Der Garten ist ebenfalls groß, gepflegt und lädt mit verschiedenen Sitzmöglichkeiten zum Entspannen ein. Äpfel, Birnen und Pflaumen gab es immer pflückfrisch vom alten Obstbaumbestand. Nachbarn gibt es nur an einer Seite, die hat man allerdings selten gesehen. Das Haus liegt direkt an einer Straße und es ist zu Fuß nicht weit zum Bäcker und zum Bio-Markt. Zum Strand sind es mit dem Auto rund 14 Minuten und mit dem Wasser-Bus nach Lorient überzusetzen ist einfach nur toll. Im gesamten Umkreis gibt es viel zu erleben und viel zu sehen. Klare Empfehlung von uns.

Maison spacieuse

5 jours passés trop vite. Il y a tellement de choses à faire aux alentours. Il nous faudra revenir... Obligés. Dommage ne n'avoir pu rencontrer les propriétaires, peut-être une autre fois. Pour nous, ce sera avec plaisir.

Déçue

Le logement est certes très bien équipé : les 4 chambres, la cuisine très bien équipée, les deux toilettes, il n'est pas rénové comme annoncé dans l'annonce. Certaines fenêtres (salle à manger, chambre 2 ) ne s'ouvrent pas à cause de l'humidité ni la porte d'entrée s'il pleut. Nous avons apprécié les lits faits à l'arrivée.

Calme et détente assurés

Location bien placée pour la pêche à pied, running, plage et visite. Annonce exacte, de nombreux ustensiles, spacieux et propre. Sous sol bien pratique avec son baby et ping Pong et vélos. Manque juste une lumiére à l'extérieur.

Nous avons pu nous retrouver tous pour Pâques dans le jardin avec une chasse à l œuf et les enfants étaient heureux de se mesurer au baby foot et au ping pong

Idéal pour séjour en famille et visite de la région

Maison agréable, très pratique, bien agencée et équipée avec un grand jardin et son verger. Bonne situation avec commerces facilement accessibles mais aussi Lorient et les sites touristiques (Riantec, Port-Louis, presqu'île de Gâvres, la ria d'Etel, Hennebont …) Bien pratique avec des enfants en particulier son garage-cave avec ses jeux mis à disposition a permis à ces derniers de disposer d’un large espace de jeu pour les jours maussades. Propriétaire très accueillante et sympathique, merci pour le panier d’accueil. Le linge de maison et les lits faits sont un vrai plus. Y avons passé une agréable quinzaine en famille, nous y retournerons.

Grande maison confortable avec quelques points à améliorer

Cette maison un peu datée mais rénovée il y a quelques années mérite : - d'investir dans un sèche linge - une révision de plusieurs fenêtres difficiles à ouvrir ou refermer et de tiroirs dans la cuisine et dans une chambre Propriétaire très sympa et réactive. N' a pas hésité à venir nous mettre le chauffage en route . Et la fourniture du linge de maison et les lits faits à notre arrivée CA S'EST SUPER!!! Malgré le temps maussade nous avons passé un super séjour avec des possibilité de marches à Riantec et alentours.

Merci Laurence, merci aussi à votre monsieur pour votre accueil et la qualité de nos échanges. Votre maison est super pour accueillir une grande famille ou 2 petites familles, avec enfants. Tout est prévu en équipement et elle est propre. Je recommande sans réserve et je vous souhaite une bonne saison. Un bémol toutefois, c'est l'entrée de la maison située juste à un carrefour et la cour qui n'offre pas de débat de chaque côté quand la voiture y est stationnée. Mais vous n'y pouvez rien. Bien à vous, Sylvie et toute la famille

Idéal pour des vacances en famille

Maison très fonctionnelle avec une bonne capacité d'accueil et un grand jardin, ce qui est très appréciable particulièrement pour les enfants et les animaux domestiques. Propriétaire très accueillante, sympathique et à l'écoute des locataires. Seul petit reproche: maison située au niveau d'un carrefour entrainant un accès voiture peu facilité.
