This large house is in the middle of oaks, oliver and pine trees. Wonderfull view on the Maures mountains. Absolute silence. Private swimming pool (summer).30 minutes far from the sea. Pignans and train station are 10 minutes far by foot. The house is composed of 2 separate, fully equiped (bath room, kitchen) ground floor flats with their own terrace.Perfect for 2 families. No other person will rent at the same time. Total intimacy (no neighbor visible).
Everything is available in Pignans (food, bakery, pharmacy, supermarket etc..) . A lot of activitiés available in the region.

This house is ideal to have peacefull vacation with family and friends. Everybody can be happy here: those who want to walkaround can discover the wonderfull Maure mountains. But they can just have fun with the swimming pool, or just read peacefully under an Oliver tree.And, of course, the sea is just 30 minutes far, with beaches, boat or fishing.
