Air-conditioned Mazet with pool, terrace, wifi, near the beach

Mazet located in Le Lavandou in a guarded and secure residence (fully enclosed) with swimming pool (open from May 02 to October 15) near the beach. The Tahiti Parc is a family residence, quiet, wooded and very well maintained. Not far from Fort Bregançon, you can visit nearby the charming villages of Bormes les Mimosas and Collobrières. Direct access to the islands of Porquerolles, Port Cros and Levant.

The ideal location of the residence will allow you to easily enjoy, with family or friends, all the amenities and entertainment of the resort, all within walking distance. The Anglade beach is located 15 minutes walk (500 m). The supermarket is 10 minutes walk.
1km from the city center and the port.

Many activities nearby: golf and mini golf, tennis, theater of greenery (outdoor cinema), bike paths, beach, shops and restaurants, markets, fishing, sea excursions, ...

The mazet is air-conditioned, quiet (accessible by a pedestrian impasse) and fully equipped to accommodate up to 6 people. It includes a bedroom on the ground floor with a double bed (bed 140) and a large closet, a living room with a sofa bed and a bedroom upstairs (mezzanine) with a double bed (bed of 140). Bathroom with washbasin and bathtub. New air conditioning (installed in March 2017) and wifi access.
Sunny terrace not overlooked with garden furniture, awning, gas barbecue (new) and electric grill (new). Private parking space within the residence (100m from the mazet).

Nouvel an 2025 passé sous le soleil du Lavandou. Une première, mais certainement pas la dernière. Le logement est bien situé, pas trop loin du centre (1 km environ). L'équipement est vraiment complet.

Le logement est est tres bien pour 2 ou 3 personnes car le sejour est très petit et hors saison. IL y a tres peu d'espace à l'extérieur de la maison, des voisins partout qui n'étaient pas présents sauf deux à cette epoque. Aucune vue; La maison d en face est à 4 ou 5 metres.

Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und haben uns prächtig erholt. Die Unterkunft war sehr ruhig, für 3 Personen ausreichend bemessen. Bis zum Strand bzw in den Ortskern schon gut 15-20min zu Fuß. WLAN initial nicht funktionell, im Auftrag der Vermieter wurde sich jedoch sehr schnell darum gekümmert.

Très bon accueil. Propriétaires disponibles lors des échanges et à l'écoute. Mazet très agréable. Bonne literie et bonne exposition de la maison. Climatisation efficace. Vaisselle en quantité. La piscine est à 2 pas. Plage et magasin à proximité Juste la place de parking qui est un peu éloignée pour charger et décharger mais possibilité de l'avancer pour un petit laps de temps.

Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances dans la maison de vacances de Nolwen et Cyril. La maison de vacances est située au centre d'un petit parc de vacances, à quelques pas du supermarché, de la boulangerie et de la plage. Très bon accueil par M. Levasseur, qui nous a donné quelques conseils sur les sites à visiter.

Bonjour nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances, une famille de 4 personnes avec 2 enfants (10 et 13 ans). Le mazet est tout confort, très bien situé, proche du port du Lavandou environ 20 minutes à pied, proche de la plage environ 10 minutes à pied. La piscine est très agréable, peu de monde pour un mois d août. Je recommande cette location.
