Wonderful apartment.

We had such a great time in Playa. Loved this apt. It had everything we needed, we do all our own cooking and the kitchen is well supplied with utensils. The balcony was great, it’s covered so could still sit out in the rain. It’s a short walk to get to 5th ave and to the beach, it is also close to grocery stores. Close to the soccer field but was quiet at night, just the odd party and dog barking. Sandro and his wife were very helpful with anything we needed, they were very prompt and accommodating. The cleaning person did a fantastic job every week while we were there for 4 weeks. Next year we are going 5 weeks, so excited.

Truth in Advertising

Other than getting harassed about my Electricity consumption within the 1st 12hrs of my stay, I found this property exceptional. Top 3 Rules of Real Estate are Location, Location and Location, and as observed by 2 other sets of friends who winter in Playa, this one is excellent. Close enough to 5th Ave, yet far enough away from the chaos it can be. Situated on a quiet and leafy street, it couldn’t be more serene except for the daily street sweeper clearing vegetation debris at 7:00AM every morning. There are hyper local bar and restaurants on the street itself, and lots of convenience nearby. The Host was very responsive, issues were dealt with promptly. Unit could use a deep clean, but was tidy and relatively well appointed. If there is any stronger testimonial, I plan on going back next year.

Great private retreat

We were looking for something near the main attractions but with more of a neighborhood feel. This place was perfect! Easy access to 5th Avenue. Loads of quaint restaurants and a grocery store within walking distance. Great communication with Sandro. Definitely would re-book the next time we are in the area!

10 days in paradise

I enjoyed staying at Viva Maria Apts. It is a short walk to the beach and the famous 5th avenue. It had everything you need. The kitchen was well stocked. AC in bedroom and living room. Quiet neighborhood as well. The only downside was the room safe which didn't work very well so I never used it. But I give my experience 5☆s. Thank you so much.🙂🙂

Comfortable, great amenities and quiet!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Viva Maria. The apartment was clean with full amenities and quiet at night allowing for a restful night's sleep. Look forward to returning!
