Welcome to paradise! Sunny, casual and comfortable this condo offers an unsurpassed view of the Caribbean Sea! Ideally located, right on the beach and just steps from 5th Avenue - a pedestrian walkway teeming with cafes, restaurants, souvenir stands and boutiques.

This privately owned reasonably priced, one bedroom, one bathroom condo is located directly on the beach. Beautifully decorated, this unit features a large balcony with a breathtaking view of the Caribbean Sea. Features include: a king size bed, fold out couch, full bathroom, a well equipped kitchenette including a coffee maker, refrigerator, 2 burner electric cooktop and microwave.

Other amenities include: air conditioning, ceiling fans, noise proof sliding glass doors with safety bars, beach chairs and umbrella, hair dyer, iron and ironing board.

Entertainment includes WiFi, Satellite Smart TV in the living room as well as a TV with a DVD player in the bedroom.
