Freshly painted home, inside and outside on Lake Keowee in small gated community, complete with new expanded TREK DECK and all NEW stainless steel kitchen appliances !It is 12 miles to Clemson! Two master On suites with king beds and private bathrooms (one is an open loft and very spacious) A third lower level bedroom is also equipped with a king size bed and is a walk out to to the lower level deck via sliding glass doors. The Bunk bedroom for all the kids is downstairs off the media room with two bunk beds. One bunk bed is a single up and down and the other is a single up and full down. MAXIMUM capacity is 10! Downstairs media room with flat screen tv, large sectional and kitchenette with wine refrigerator, microwave and 5 pot coffee maker . Media room walks out to deck and fire pit and only steps to the lake. Enjoy two covered decks that run the length of the house. Gas grill for family barbecues located on the top deck with easy access to the kitchen. Family room with flat screen and electric fireplace . Three and a half baths, a full bath on each floor and main floor has the extra half bath. Kitchen opens to living room and outside covered deck. You can watch the kids water ski or tube right from your kitchen sink. Laundry room with LG front load washer and dryer. Boat dock and deep water access. Second full refrigerator in basement . Outdoor fire pit ready for marshmallows!
Two kayaks await you at the water's edge! Convenient shopping within one mile . White water rafting and wine tasting within driving distance Clemson University 15 minute drive . Everything to make your stay easy.

Amazing property on Lake Keowee!! We enjoyed every second of it. The house was wonderful, the views were spectacular and the Lake was perfect! We fished, swam, grilled, and rented a Tritoon for a fantastic day on the water. We will definitely be back to this wonderful property.

We had an excellent time at Sweet Carolina for the 3rd summer in a row. It is a great place to have fun in the water, visit Clemson, go hiking, eat out and grill on the deck. Our family loves it there because it brings us altogether to play games and chill too. We were closer to being unplugged than we have been for months.

Clemson Graduation

We stayed for a week to celebrate our daughter’s graduation, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The house was clean, well-maintained, and right on the lake—which made for a truly spectacular setting. Communication was smooth from start to finish, and everything was just as described.If you’re looking for peace and quiet with a beautiful view, this is the place. As a bonus, we rented a pontoon boat and were able to pick everyone up right from the house, which was incredibly convenient.Thank you for hosting us—it was a wonderful experience!

Great getaway on Lake Keowee

Our stay was excellent and the location was a short drive to Seneca for any grocery needs and South Cove was just around the corner for ramp access. We will definitely book this house again when we return to Lake Keowee

Wonderful family vacation

Just spent a wonderful week staying at Sweet Carolina lake house on beautiful Lake Keowee. Great location, perfect layout for our 6 adults and 2 young children. Very well equipped and owner extremely helpful. Close to shopping and had delicious dinner at Vangeli’s in Seneca. Plan to stay again.

Owners Nancy and Roxanne are professional and customer focused. Nancy grew up on Long Island and Roxanne Naples Florida . Both are avid outdoors n people and enjoy time on the lake water skiing and tubing. Once a year they have a family and friends vacation at the lake that includes water skiing, tubing, white water rafting , wine tasting , cycling, and of course shopping ! Both ladies currently reside in Naples Florida. We love sharing Lake Keowee memories with family and friends and look forward to creating the same memories for you.
Roxanne and Nancy are both Realtors with Premier Sotheby's in Naples Florida .

Why they chose this property

After experiencing and falling in love with Lake Keowees clean fresh water and beautiful lake and mountain views, the search was on for a home that would provide an easy getaway from the Florida heat, as well as an opportunity to enjoy a college town and college games . We rented for 4 years to finally learn the real musts of a Lake Keowee home. It was important to us to have a home that was close to the lake and you could sit in the living room, stand at the kitchen sink and enjoy your family and little ones boating by. I wanted to be able to watch my nephews 4 & 5 learn how to water ski and not miss the magical moment even if I was in the house. Our location and view is wide and beautiful. You can enjoy watching your family boat right in front of our home and they never have to leave the cove to spin the kids around on the tube. Easy access to lake from the yard or off our boat dock complete with ladder for entry back onto the dock!!!

What makes this property unique

STEPS from the water, quiet low traffic cove, close to shopping, gated and quiet , can sleep up to 10. Unbeatable views of the lake! Relax on the lower level, sit around the fire pit at night and toast marsh-mellows, enjoy a family movie night on the lower level flat screen on the large sectional sofa. Take an early morning sunrise or evening sunset kayak trip around the lake! This house has it ALL! Close to Keowee Marina as well as Publix and Walmart. NO PETS please.
