Royal Summit Bungalow
Welcome to our newly remodeled home away from home! This home is centrally located between Seneca, South Carolina and Clemson, South Caroline. With only a 6 minute drive to Clemson Memorial Stadium, this home is ideal for Tiger fans! Whether you`re planning a trip to the lake, tailgating for the big game, catching up with friends, or exploring the local hiking trails, this cozy and spacious home is your ideal base.
The entire home is easily accessible for all ages. This home has an open floor plan concept with plenty of space for all guests.
The guests will have access to the entire home aside from any locked closets, as well as the 1.24 acre lot.
We are available on this platform and by phone.
A peaceful neighborhood tucked away right off Highway 123.
This home offers plenty of parking with a circle driveway for your convenience. Within minutes to Clemson University and lots of dining and shopping.
This home is located about 2-3 minutes from the nearest grocery store, Food Lion. There are several boat ramps within minutes to both Lake Keowee and Lake Hartwell. If you enjoy the outdoors, take the time to check out the plentiful amount of hiking trails nearby! Outdoor mini golf is just 2 minutes away! Whether you are looking to relax for the weekend or get out and explore, there is an abundance of activities to keep you busy! We do provide a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, laundry pods, trash bags, etc. Please bring any extras!
