Beautiful villa in an amazing location. Walking distance to lots of restaurants and bars. David was very helpful. Check-in and check-out very easy.

David is the perfect host, great communication, very friendly and accommodating. We recommend week 42 as you can still get a tan without being fried. The house is exactly what you need, with 3 bedrooms, a large livingroom, 2 nice bathrooms, a functional kitchen. Highlights are the balcony with a fantastic ocean view, and the large private pool. The area is quiet but you can walk a short distance to Mandala where we went for lunch a few times, or Grisleys where you can have a lively dinner experience. For dinner we recommend El Toro a 10 min drive from the house. Or stay in for a homemade barbecue by the poolside. This place is perfect for families.

Amazing house in Calp

This house is everything the pictures show it to be! Location is great but the excellent layout, fully stocked kitchen and awesome swimming pool made our trip perfect! Highly recommend

Nice place very comfortable fantastic panoramic views

The owners were very helpful. The place itself is quite remote so a car would be advisable. Shops and nightlife some distance away but for a nice quiet holiday I would certainly recommend staying here Regards Robert and Margarida

Excellent choice of property

7night stay was excellent,located 5 mins from town by car/taxi (€10) Living accommodation was fine with all amenities Pool was excellent and cleaned twice a week Local restaurants were cheap and provided first class food Only complaint was you’re required to vacate the property by 10am and they we’re knocking at the door at 08:30 to start cleaning. All in all a thoroughly nice vacation

Peace, privacy, pool and a perfect view.

The owner Teresa was there to greet us and we were made welcome from the start. We felt it was our home for a month. It was clean and everything was provided... including hand sanitiser and face masks (in case we didn't have our own). We felt very safe holidaying in Spain in this property. When we saw the view from the balcony it exceeded our expectations. We enjoyed that changing view from sunrise to sunset.

theresa' s villa in Calpe

prperty was very well located,close to the sea and very nice surroundingbut yet not remote. Next supermarket 6 minutes by bike. The Villa was like shown in the internet. Only critic, no towels in the bathrooms. Theresa was a nice and friendly host.

Lovely position....super Pool....clean & tidy.....TV a problem Very comfortable Beds & Furniture inside & out. Parking a bit tricky if using a Large vehicle. Host ( David ) was very helpful regarding most issues. Would be happy to return in future Anthony Brookes & Gang

We had a lovely family holiday, our grandsons loved the pool. View from first floor balcony excellent. No plastic cups provided for round the pool area , but was able to buy some from supermarket, with children felt these were important. Only 3 mugs provided, but cups and saucers, plates etc plentiful. Overall enjoyed the Villa/holiday

Things to note. Pool is on lower level accessed from the driveway. Towels are not provided and there is some noise from the road during the day. However. Great location, easy walk down to beach and bars, restaurants. Large pool with sun loungers. Some shaded areas. Fantastic views. Well equipped kitchen. Very clean. Despite the rain Very happy with our stay

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce logement. Tout était parfait : le logement est très agréable, propre et très bien équipé. Il y avait absolument tout ce dont nous avions besoin pour passer un séjour confortable.La vue est également incroyable, c’est vraiment un gros plus du logement et nous avons beaucoup apprécié en profiter pendant notre séjour.David a été très réactif et disponible lorsque nous avions des questions, ce qui a été très appréciable. Les enfants ont également pu pleinement profiter de la piscine et passer de très bons moments.

The views and the pool at this beautiful villa really are spectacular. David was extremely responsive with any questions we had and check in was so smooth and seamless. Absolutely recommended this wonderful Villa. We would suggest possibly having torches in the property just in case you want to walk to and from the local restaurant as the road is very dark with no lighting. But that aside we had a fantastic time and will hopefully be returning soon. Thank you David.

Comme je l’ai déjà écrit, l’hôte est parfait et tout s’est très bien déroulé dans une excellente cohérence, mais aussi une très bonne compréhension mutuelle. Un bémol toutefois au niveau du parking qui pouvait se révéler un «cimetière à carrosserie » en cas d’inattention (…)

Es war einfach perfekt. Unser erster Urlaub seit 6 Jahren. Und wir wollen einfach nur wieder zurück. Dieses Haus besitzt wirklich alles was man braucht und noch viel mehr. Der Vermieter ist ein sehr freundlicher und zuvorkommender Mann. Immer für einen da, wenn man Fragen hat. Der Check In war absolut unkompliziert. Der Pool hätte wärmer sein können, aber das ist eben im Oktober so. Es gibt für uns absolut garnichts über das wir uns beschweren können. 12 von 10 Sternen
