Barbara’s lake house at Tim’s Ford Lake was perfect for our family vacation. Their home had everything that we needed and was in a perfect location. Game room made for fun nights of parents vs kids pool games and full days on the lake.

Great stay for my youth staff!

We enjoyed a slowed down weekend with our youth staff; eating together, drinking coffee, and talking. We enjoyed the dock on the beautiful Tim’s Ford Lake and dinner out at the Blue Gill Grille.

Great family getaway

13 members of our family spent the week after Christmas at this beautiful house on Tims Ford Lake. It was equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals, comfortable beds, large spaces for us all to gather. We enjoyed the game room (pool table, ping pong, shuffleboard). There is an awesome view of the lake and lots of outdoor seating. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend.

Celebrating Dad's 70th Birthday

Barbara's home was plenty big enough for our family of eighteen. The kids especially loved hanging out in the game room. We would definitely book this home again.

Loved this home! Beautiful views from several balconies, easy, close proximity to darling Winchester, fabulous dock for lake fun♥️. House is cozy, with several private bedrooms, and room enough for family togetherness. Lots of amenities: games, firepit, gazebo, and fantastic game room. Loved our time here!!!

Wonderful vacation

We had a great time at this beautiful house, the house is well equipped and very comfortable. The game room was a hit for all ages. The walk down to the dock was made easier for bad knees by areas to sit and relax and the view of the water from the gazebo was perfect for watching family play! We highly recommend this rental!

We chose this quiet, established lakefront neighborhood for its natural beauty, friendly community feel, and private docks. It offers the perfect balance of serenity and convenience — close to the state park, marinas, and dining, yet tucked away enough to truly relax.

What makes this property unique

What makes this home special to us is how it invites connection. The wrap-around porch, the two-story windows in the great room, and the sweeping lake views create a space where conversations linger and sunsets feel unforgettable. Our newest addition, the cedar gazebo, has quickly become a favorite spot for morning coffee and evening gatherings.

From sunrise on the dock to game nights downstairs, this home was designed to be a gathering place — one where memories are made and shared. It is truly a joy and privilege to open our lake home to others who value time together and the beauty of the outdoors.
