Electric heating, TV with Freeview, DVD player.
Rates depending on the season between 435 and 555 euros per week. In mid season possibility rent 1 bedroom (bed 140) to 325 euros per week.
Numerous hiking trails on site. Fishing. Pres Auvergne and Dordorgne Valley. visit Tours de Merle, Argentat, Collonges Obazine, Beaulieu, Rocamadour, Salers.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, dans une maison Corrézienne très atypique. Lieu très reposant. La région est très belle de découverte.

Séjour très agréable dans une belle région.

Une maison ancienne avec beaucoup de cachet, calme et fraîche par temps de chaleur, située dans un petit hameau tranquille. Magnifique jardin avec notamment de beaux arbres. Un très bon contact avec la propriétaire qui nous a transmis de nombreuses informations et s'est montrée tout au long du séjour soucieuse que tout se passe au mieux. Région offrant de nombreuses possibilités de visites notamment dans la vallée de la Dordogne. Un séjour donc très ressourçant !

Wat een rust!

Prachtige plek, mooie omgeving, enorme tuin. Heerlijk als je van rust houdt. De koeien hebben bellen om die je geregeld hoort. Wij vonden het wel wat hebben.

Au calme dans une belle maison

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette belle maison. La région est très belle avec beaucoup de choses à visiter. Le petit lac à 2 km est un plus, très sympathique en mode canicule.

Remarquable gîte de caractère

Séjour très agréable juillet 2019. Maison restant fraîche malgré la canicule. Maison ancienne mais confortable. Beau mobilier ancien en harmonie avec la construction. Maison ayant un passé, une âme et dégageant beaucoup de charme. Parc clos, planté de 5000m2! Repos assuré. Grand calme: petit hameau à 5km du bourg ds Servières-le-Château. Commerces à 6 km. Nombreuses excursions variées bien répertoriées et documentation sur place; accueil excellent. Bonnes routes très sinueuses : il faut raisonner en temps et non en km! Ex Argentat : 18 km= 30 minutes. très bon séjour

De très bonnes vacances dans une propriété pleine de charme ! Un séjour très détendant dans la campagne corrézienne, un très beau jardin avec de beaux arbres et de magnifiques hortensias... Dans la maison, un véritable cantou avec l'odeur de cheminée, des meubles anciens , des murs en pierre épais permettant de garder de la fraicheur lors des fortes chaleurs... Nous avons pu nous ressourcer. De belles promenades et quelques excursions. Nous avons été très bien guidés et accueillis, un grand merci!

Amazing House and property

We had a wonderful time in this amazing property. The house is very vast and funrnished with beautiful and old furniture. The huge chimney is fantastic and can be used when it gets chilly. The property is 5000m2 with beautiful trees and other plants. Eliette was very helpful and friendly. We can recommend the place to anyone who seeks a quiet and relaxing holiday in a beautiful environment.

Tous les plaisirs de la maison de campagne

Maison très agréable au charme authentique des vieilles pierres, avec l'odeur du feu de bois même en été. Confortable, offrant les avantages de pouvoir prendre ses repas à l'extérieur d'un côté ou de l'autre, abrité ou non par les arbres. Calme assuré, repos garanti et ciel étoilé immense. Le lac est à 5 minutes en voiture, fréquenté mais sans être surpeuplé. Très bon accueil. Les visites alentours intéressantes, Tour aux merles, Ferme médiévale, Argentat, Beaulieu sur dordogne, ou encore Collonges la Rouge. Très agréable séjour.
