Whether you’re sipping champagne on the rooftop under the stars or strolling to art galleries just steps from your door, this is the "European" escape you've been looking for. Park, relax, and let the Gulf breeze do the rest
The Vibe
Style: Think NYC loft meets European flat—efficient, compact, and cozy (not a "Ritz Carlton" luxury suite).

Capacity: Strictly for one person or a couple. No children, teens, or pets (due to guest allergies)..If you have children, please take a look at VRBO Listing #58131 my Picasso Moon...

Amenities: One queen bedroom, a compact kitchenette (small stove, fridge, microwave), and all linens provided.

Rooftop Access: While there is no private balcony, the rooftop is steps away for candlelight dinners under the stars with views of the Gulf.

Primo Spot: Located on a pedestrian street, seconds away from art galleries, boutiques, and Bud & Alley’s.

The Beach: We are not directly on the beach, but a short, easy stroll to the iconic Seaside pavilions.

Convenience: Once you arrive, you won’t need a car. Everything is walkable

Stay: 2-night minimum. Check the updated calendar for availability.

Parking: Designated parking is available for $20 (total stay) during Spring/Summer. It is less than two blocks away.

Pool & Fitness: Optional passes are $30/day for two people.

Security: Exterior Ring cameras are active on the building, stairs, and rooftop

My Picasso Sun is not fancy and is Small and Cozy..but extremely efficient and location is Primo!

This was our 1st visit to Seaside, and we will be back. This was a perfect spot to be in the middle of all things Seaside yet we never heard a peep once inside the door. Paris-style apartment is a perfect description for this condo but certainly enough room for our shorter getaway. Questions & communication with the owner was very helpful.

Parisian Apartment

The place was perfectly located to access restaurants and shops but enough off the beaten path not to be crowded. The roof top space was wonderful and well appointed with a view of the ocean. I would definitely stay here again! The owner was very responsive and onsite often.

We stayed for 3 nights at this beautiful property. It's an absolutely wonderful place located right in the heart of Seaside. It's a short walk to the beach and the rooftop deck is magical. This is an amazing place!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is cute and cozy- perfect for 2 people. Bed was comfortable. We loved being right in the heart of Seaside- we could walk to all the restaurants and shops in less than 2 minutes. Would love to stay here again!

Bert is Awesome

Ms Bert was very accommodating, our parking pass that we bought was not ready when we got there and she offered her personal parking spot for a brief time so we did not have to pay for parking until it was available. The Rental was perfect for a couple, very cozy and just a few steps from Seaside City Center.... We will be back and stay here again.. 5 Stars

Jim and Bert live in Seaside...and they live above the Picasso Moon and Sun. Bert is a Realtor with Scenic Sotheby's International in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida and has been since 1985, first in Tennessee and since 1998 in Florida. Since they purchased the building, Bert 'inherited' the art/toy/gallery on the first level, and has been running it successfully for 7 years. They love it in Seaside and are happy and excited to share their special place with others.

Why they chose this property

Owning this special place in Seaside makes it possible for us to live our dream and also share this fabulous spot on the Gulf with others. WE try to keep the rates reasonable enough to balance between paying for our dream and allowing others to enjoy and Seaside is a special place that once you arrive, you will want to come back time and time again.

What makes this property unique

This darling little loft type apartment is perfect for two....and You walk out the front door to shops and resturants and right now, I am hearing the Chapel chime 11:00 . You hear the bells and the noises of this fabulous community, almost like you are living and enjoying a small European city by the sea.
Please Please Please...if you are looking for a Ritzz Carlton type of accommodations, THIS IS NOT...we are trendy, bohemian and artsy....so don't expect something we are not and then complain.
