Comfortable and luxurious villa with private heated pool. The villa is situated in a quiet rural environment very close to the little town Sesimbra and its calm beaches (3 km) as well as to the capital Lisbon (40 km) . The house is very spacious, 320 m, on a 1100 m land and has 3 floors. The 5 bedrooms are comfortable and 3 of them have a private bathroom. The living room is very big with several areas for dining, playing and sitting. The kitchen is very well equipped and has a storage room for the laundry. The basement has a garage for 2 cars, gymnasium, table tennis and table football and a full bathroom. The sunroom outside with BBQ allows nice dinners with a (far) view of the sea and a wonderfull sunset. The glass sunroom can be totally closed or nearly completely opened according to your own comfort and the weather. For children there is a trampoline, toys, games. For young and old there is also a field for volleyball, socker, badminton.



In this villa you can vary your holidays that suits all tastes: relax near the private swimmingpool, go to the beach (quiet bay in Sesimbra, 3km, good for little children or a more dynamic beach 6 or 9 km away), make cultural visits, shopping or walking in the bright capital Lisbon. Or go to see dolphins on a catamaran in the Sado river near Arrabida and Setubal.



Sesimbra is a very nice and friendly fisherman village with a lot of seafood restaurants. Diving is a favourite sport there.

Heerlijk vakantiehuis!

Het lastige aan het boeken van een vakantieverblijf is dat je nooit weet wat je aan treft. Maar dit vakantiehuis heeft al onze verwachtingen overtroffen, het ontbreekt aan niets en het is mega groot. Wat een fantastisch huis is dit! We hebben erg genoten.

Demeure familiale tout confort avec piscine de rêve

Nous avons passé un fabuleux sejour au sein de la maison familiale d'Ina et Manuel, dans laquelle nous nous sommes immédiatement sentis chez nous. La gentillesse et les délicates attentions mises à disposition à notre arrivée ont été grandement appréciées. L'équipement de la maison est au top et rendent confortable notre sejour de 15 jours en famille (10 personnes) La piscine est juste "Waouuu" Nous avons visité Sesimbra et ses plages, mais clairement, la maison se suffit a elle même. Nous repartons le coeur serré avec beaucoup de saudades, mais la tete pleine de beaux souvenirs. Merci Ina! Et au plaisir!

Semaine parfaite à Sesimbra!

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans la maison de Manuel et Ina : nous avons été accueillis en amis avec le vin et le plateau de fromage et de charcuterie au frigo! La maison est parfaite pour un séjour en famille / entre amis : vaste, très bien aménager, avec tous les jeux de société, la table de Ping Ping, le baby-foot a disposition, et bien sûr la piscine qui est un véritable bonheur! Encore mille mercis pour votre accueil à tous les deux!!

"location du 25 juillet au 8 août 2009 Maison magnifique et disposant de tout le confort souhaitable, à 30 minutes de voiture de Lisbonne, pouvant loger 10 personnes sans aucun problème, sans que l'on se marche sur les pieds. Repos ou visites, tout est possible.Propriétaires très accueillants et parlant français. Deux superbes semaines de vacances. Nous recommandons chaleureusement cette location."
