Ruim huis met prachtig uitzicht maar te weinig rust

Voordelen: - prachtig uitzicht, de foto's kloppen - ruim huis met 3 slaapkamers, grote kamer/keuken ruimte, grote koelkast, badkamer met bad en douche, twee wastafels. - goede matrassen, fijn geslapen! - grote tuin, redelijke privacy - veel tuinmeubels, parasol, elektrisch zonnescherm boven terras - binnenplaats met automatische poort voor de auto - garage voor onze fietsen - WIFI is redelijk traag maar stabiel - strand en zee op 5 minuten lopen, mooi strand met zowel zand als rotspartijen (snorkelen) - bos op 15 minuten fietsen (hellingen!) Nadelen: - communicatie met eigenaresse verliep stroef omdat wij de Franse taal slecht beheersen. Het tweemaal contant afrekenen kwam als een onplezierige verrassing: beddengoed (?) vooraf en energie achteraf. We zouden het veel prettiger vinden om alles in één keer digitaal te betalen. - er is alleen interne (geen externe) zonwering voor de grote ramen in de woonkamer, het wordt daarom warm binnen. - het was dagelijks erg rumoerig in de omgeving: mechanisch zagen (bij huis in aanbouw), maaien, schoonmaken, graven; en vrij veel strand verkeer op de weg voor het huis - het pand is verdeeld in twee geheel gescheiden appartementen. De tuin hoort bij het beneden appartement. Het boven appartement was niet bezet tijdens ons bezoek, maar indien bezet zou dit wat minder privacy in de tuin geven. We waren blij dat het boven appartement niet bezet was. - de plafond rand boven de kookplaat is erg onlogisch, erg laag en erg hard

Les vacances étaient très agréables. L'appartement offre tout ce dont on a besoin pour passer de bonnes vacances. La vue est fantastique.... L'accueil par les propriétaires est très chaleureux et nous attendons avec impatience notre prochain séjour là-bas.

Vue magnifique

Logement fonctionnel face à la mer avec une très belle vue et le plaisir des couchers de soleil chaque soir. Un point pas si clair dans l'annonce: il y a un appartement au 1er étage

Phantastischer Blick

Eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung: - der Blick auf den Atlantik ist außergewöhnlich (die Bilder im Inserat zeigen die reale Situation) - es ist absolut ruhig, nachts hört man nur das Meer leise rauschen - keine technischen Geräusche - die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet - die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern ist angenehm - ein schöner Strand ist in ca. 200 m zu erreichen

Superbes vacances vue magnifique du matin au soir vive la Bretagne

Superbes vacances, au calme, à 200 mètre de la plage. Pour les marcheurs le Gr c'est magnifique. Pas besoin de voiture. Boulangerie, boucherie, épicerie à 500m. Vue sur la mer du matin au soir avec couché de soleil qui change de couleur tt les jours. Très bonne literie, c'est pas souvent de trouver du confort pour bien dormir. merci vacances courtes mais innoubliable
