About this property

LUXURY SEA RENTAL: Panoramic view & access to the customs path

Completely renovated, the stone & granite house combines the charm of the old with modern decoration. Above Trestraou beach and directly overlooking the customs path, you are 1 minute walk from the beach.

The garden is planted with trees: Eucalyptus, camellias, Mimosas and filled with flowers: hydrangeas, roses, agapanthus .... with panoramic views of Trestraou bay, large white sand beach. At high tide, the view of palm trees and turquoise water reminds us of the landscapes of the West Indies.

The VILLA has approximately 120 m2 furnished by our architect in a loft style. On the ground floor, the living room includes a very large cathedral lounge, a dining room that can accommodate 12 guests and an American kitchen directly overlooking the terrace and the garden. Facing south, the terrace is sheltered from the wind. You can take your lunches and sunbathing there facing the sea if the weather permits 😉. Also on the ground floor is the bathroom in stone & polished concrete including a shower & bathtub. Next to it is the separate toilet. Upstairs, you have 3 double bedrooms, 1 with two single beds and a bathroom with WC.



You are in the heart of the Pink Granite Coast, facing the Sept-Îles archipelago and its ornithological reserve, in front of TRESTRAOU which is the largest of the three sandy beaches that Perros-Guirec has. The Pink Granite Coast and the customs path of Ploumanac'h are among the 38 French sites listed on the UNESCO World Heritage List. Ploumanac'h was classified in 2015: "the favorite village of the French". Its privileged location makes it an ideal holiday destination.

If you wish, you can forget your car and do many things on foot: go to the beach / cinema / casino / restaurants / sailing school, access the customs trail. For more distant walks, you can go to Ploumanac'h / Trégastel: Costa ères castle / TRAOUIERO Valley / Presqu'Ile de l'Ile RENOTE, or push to TREBEURDEN via GRANDE Island and why not go to PAIMPOL to embark and visit the magnificent Archipelago of the BREHAT Islands: the visit is done on foot or by bike because there is no car.

Nous avons beaucoup aimé cette ancienne maison rénovée de manière originale, avec de vastes espaces au rez-de-chaussée. Les petites chambres à coucher mansardées sont adorables, il faur cependant être disposé à s'accommoder d'une literie de standard moyen (largeur des lits, matelas).La maison est idéalement située, directement sur le sentier côtier menant à Ploumanach (on se trouve tout de suite en pleine nature avec de splendides coups d'oeil sur la mer). Et dans l'autre direction, on accède très rapidement à pied à la plage, à la thalasso Roz Marine et à des commerces et restaurants.

Location parfaite. Jardin et vue magnifiques. Les pièces de vie sont très agréables même si nous avons eu la chance de faire tous les repas dehors sur la terrasse en profitant de la vue, du soleil tout en étant à l’abri du vent.La maison est idéalement placée pour tout faire à pied : plage, randonnées, marchés alimentaires, sports nautiques, départ vers les Sept-Îles ou Bréhat. Le stationnement est facile et non payant à proximité immédiate. La propriétaire du logement est attentive à ce que le séjour se passe au mieux. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir!

Très jolie maison au calme et en bord de sentier côtier avec vue sur mer. Hyper bien située pour les départs en promenade vers Ploumanach. Séjour très agréable avec un très bon accompagnement de la propriétaire. A signaler un immeuble devant la maison générant du vis à vis partiel. Lit un peu étroit pour 2 avec un matelas pas très confortable dans une des chambres.

Wunderschönes altes bretonisches Haus

Das modern renovierte Haus hat einen hübschen Garten am Hang, eine traumhafte Aussicht auf die Bucht und ruhig gelegen am GR 34. Das Auto kann man zwar nicht direkt am Haus parken , aber gleich die Straße runter. Die Übergabe war ohne Vermieter, aber sehr unkompliziert. Jederzeit kommen wir gern wieder.

Très belle maison rénovée sur Trestraou

Nous avons passé un très beau séjour dans cette ancienne maison des Douaniers pleine de charme rénovée avec beaucoup de goût. La maison est située sur la plus belle plage de Perros pour un séjour calme et en même temps proche de toutes les activités. nous espérons revenir.

Tolles Haus in wundervoller Lage

Die Villa della Plage liegt sensationell oberhalb des Strandes von Trestraou. Es ist 1 Minute zu Fuß zum Strand. Sie ist den ganzen Tag in der Sonne. Man kann wunderbar auf der Terrasse mit Meerblick essen. Die Villa ist sehr schön eingerichtet, sehr gepflegt und komfortabel und man fühlt sich direkt wohl. Die direkte Lage am Sentier nach Plumenach ist super. Die einzigen Geräusche die wir gehört haben war das eeresrausvhen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und wir hoffen bald wieder dort Urlaub zu machen.

Des propriétaires charmants pour cette maison avec vue extraordinaire sur la plage de Trestraou à Perros Guirec. A recommander absolument. Attention si vous êtes grands car les chambres sont mansardées et bas de plafond.
