Had no idea on 3 floor. Hard to make stairs. needs cosmetic upgrades,. Floor in bathrooms caulking around toilets and tubs. Touch up paint on walls. Mire towels would be nice. Had to wash every day. Kitchen was fine but refrigerator leaks and master bedroom breaker kept throwing.

This unit is really close to Dollywood. The only issue that we had was that it was the third story and there was no elevator. Hard on old people.

The condo it’s self was great

The condo its self was great. It was clean and roomy. I don’t know if I overlooked description or it just didn’t say it, but it was on 3 rd floor and no elevator. The last sets of stairs on our end was covered in what I assume was dog crap, so we used different set of stairs. The parking was a nightmare to say the least. We would go back again but try to get a bottom condo. My husband has had a knee replacement go bad. The condo has everything you will need. The ping pong table was a hit with the grandkids.

Quiet getaway

The property was clean, well-maintained, and welcoming. We had no trouble checking in. It was the perfect location for a quick getaway. The hottub was a great addition! Will definitely stay here again.

Great, secluded spot!

Price point was great, the space we had was very roomy and nicely decorated with nice furniture as well! I like that the location was up high on a hill to see a good view, as well as back a bit from any main road! Very easy to find but if you were unaware of the spot youd never know the buildings were even there!

Awesome place and location

My bible study group stayed here for a Women’s conference this weekend. It was clean, well kept, with a great layout. Comfortable beds. Pretty views. Location is very convenient to Dollywood and convention center. Only negatives were lack of parking and poor lighting around the building.
