Katastrophal

Wir sind am Sonnabend-Nachmittag angekommen, haben das Haus inspiziert und festgestellt, es benötigt eine professionelle Reinigung. Darum baten wir den Vermieter. Der erschien am Morgen darauf und sagte, wir sollen das Haus verlassen. Er würde die Miete zurückzahlen, das ist nur teilweise geschehen, auf die FeWo-direkt-Servicepauschale und die Übernachtungssteuern warten wir immer noch (hoffentlich nicht vergebens).Das Haus hatte nur 10/10-Bewertungen, seit 17 Jahren hätte es keine Beanstandungen gegeben, meinte der Vermieter. Das Haus roch sehr unangenehm, war schmutzig, Schimmel in der Dusche und im Geschirrspüler, Haare von Vorgängern auf der Toilette, Flecken auf der Bettwäsche, verdreckter Backofen, Töpfe, Kochutensilien, Kaffeemaschine und Toaster. Eklig, nicht zu benutzen!

Perfektes Ferienhaus

Das Ferienhaus ist perfekt auf den Urlaub abgestimmt. Die Ausstattung lässt keine keine Wünsche offen. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und hat einen sehr schönen Garten. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und man hat nur kurze Wege zu den Städten, Stränden und Quiberon. Wir wurden sehr freundlich von den Eigentümern, Pierre und Monique, empfangen und entsprechend eingewiesen. Es hat alles gepasst und wir können das Ferienhaus sehr empfehlen.

un superbe séjour à Erdeven !

Nous avons passés deux semaines fantastiques dans ce logement conforme en tout point à la description faite dans l'offre : la maison est spacieuse, très fonctionnelle, accueillante, très confortable et super lumineuse. Le jardin et les 2 terrasses au top ! le logement est proche des sites à visiter, beaucoup sont à environ 15- 20 mn en voiture, (Carnac, saint Cado et sa petite maison sur l'eau, allez manger chez Madame Mouette, la vue est incroyable), un peu plus loin Vannes, Auray, Port Louis villes magnifiques ! ). Les plages sont proches aussi ! sommes partis en excursion à Belle-île et à l'île aux moines, superbes ! Nos hôtes étaient charmants et nous ont bien conseillés. Nous aurons grand plaisir à revenir !

Hell und geräumig

Das Ferienhaus selbst bietet alles, was man sich für einen Familienurlaub wünschen kann. Sogar Fahrräder stellt der Vermieter zur Verfügung. Der einzige kleine Wehmutstropfen ist, dass es in dem Ort selbst keine Geschäfte (Cafe, Bäckerei...) und man deshalb immer mit dem Auto einkaufen muss. Ansonsten ist das Haus für einen entspannten, ruhigen Urlaub ideal.

Maison agréable et lumineuse

Une maison très agréable, lumineuse et très bien située et dans un endroit très calme. Une cuisine pratique et bien équipée avec un cellier à proximité, une grande pièce à vivre et 2 chambres spacieuses. Un beau jardin avec 2 terrasses en bois. 2 vélos sont à disposition. La plage est à 5 mn en voiture. Tout est parfait pour des vacances reposantes. Merci aux propriétaires pour leur sympathique accueil et leur disponibilité. A bientôt.

Logement très bien situé à 5 mn en voiture de la plage de la très belle plage de Kerhilio. La maison est grande et lumineuse. La pièce à vivre est très agréable et les chambres à l'étage vraiment spacieuse. Quant à l'espace cuisine, il est nickel et très très bien fourni. On est comme chez soi :)

Un excellent séjour au bord de mer, dans une nature typique

Excellent séjour, dans une maison très agréable, en accès direct sur les dunes et le bord de mer, à 1km, dans un cadre campagnard; l'accueil a été très sympathique et les environs sont remarquables à quelques kilomètres seulement de la très grande plage d'Erdeven préservée (golfe du Morbihan, Carnac, Quiberon etc.); idéal pour des vacances reposantes.

Besser geht's nicht!

Das Haus ist funktional, aber geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bietet alles, was man braucht. Alles sehr sauber, die Betten sind bequem und die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wunderbar ruhige Lage. Der nahe Strand ist riesig und, da relativ flach, für kleine Kinder ideal. In 5 Autominuten erreicht man zwei Supermärkte, Wochenmärkte gibt es in den Orten der Umgebung an jedem Tag.

Sehr erholsam!

Das Haus liegt sehr schön und ruhig am Ortsrand mit Blick auf Pferdekoppeln und ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Es verfügt über zwei Holzterrassen im schön angelegten Garten und einen großen Anbau, in dem wir unsere Fahrräder abstellen konnten. Es ist ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge mit dem Auto und Fahrrad in die Umgebung und auch zum langen Sandstrand ist es nicht weit. Wir bedanken uns ganz herzlich bei Monique und Pierre Boceno für ihre Gastfreundschaft und die tollen Ausflugs- und Restauranttipps!

Wohlfühlunterkunft für Familien

Ein sehr schönes Haus! Ruhige Umgebung. Vom Schlafzimmerfenster und vom Garten aus konnten wir Pferde auf ihren Koppeln beobachten (was schon bald bereits vor dem Frühstück mit Freuden genutzt wurde!). Schöne Terrasse, auf der wir es uns gemütlich machen konnten. Unsere Fahrräder konnten wir einschließen. Mit den Rädern waren wir immer schnell am Strand. In der Umgebung gab es relativ viele Radwege. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und man merkt, dass sie schon oft vermietet haben und mitdenken (z.B. bekamen wir vor der Anreise Lageskizzen geschickt). So wohl haben wir uns selten in einer Unterkunft gefühlt!

Herrlicher Ort um zu entspannen

Das komfortable Ferienhaus bietet alles, was man zur Erholung braucht. Eine tolle, ruhige Lage mit Blick auf weidende Pferde, Nähe zum Strand, großzügige Gestaltung der Wohnung, schnelle Erreichbarkeit von Bäcker und Supermarkt und eine sehr gute Ausstattung. Die Vermieter sind sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit. Für uns war dieser Teil der Bretagne eine echte Entdeckung. Von hier sind Quiberon, Auray, Vannes , Beltz, die wilde Küste und Carnac mit seinen Menhiren wunderbar zu erreichen. Wir haben längst nicht alles gesehen und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.
