Villa Lia combines modern contemporary amenities with the architecture of a traditional Rhodian style house. The villa comprises four bedrooms (sleeping up to 10 people), 2 toilet/shower rooms, a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a large veranda with breathtaking sea view. Guests can enjoy the beautiful planted garden which surrounds the villa and includes an impressive traditional brick-built BBQ and children’s play area.
The villa is just 10 minutes walk from the nearest bus stop which connects with the rest of the island. The villa is 3 minutes walk (100 meters) from a stunning, secluded sandy beach.

Perfekte Lage, schönes Haus

Wir waren als Ehepaar 19 Nächte in diesem überaus gemütlichen und komplett ausgestatteten Haus. Wir haben perfekt geschlafen, wenn auch die Matrazen für den einen oder anderen etwas hart ausgefallen sein dürften. Der Blick von der Terrasse auf das Meer ist phantastisch. Zur Fuß ist man in 3 Minuten an einem sehr ruhigen Sandstrand und schöner Strandbar, einfach über die Straße. Hinzuweisen ist allerdings, dass die Auffahrt zum Haus sehr steil und schwer zu rangieren ist, so dass hier fahrerisches Können gefragt ist und das Fahrzeug möglichst kompakt bis klein sein sollte. Ansonsten entspricht die Beschreibung absolut der Realität und es gab für uns keinerlei Grund zur Kritik. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Family holiday

There was plenty of room for the 5 adults and 5 children in our party. The villa is typically Greek and is in a very peaceful location with a lovely view but still near to restaurants and pools. The small children’s play area was a bonus for us . The owners and family that we met were very friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful holiday.

Grande maison très pratique à vivre, avec belle vue sur la mer et extérieurs agréables. Jolie plage de sable à 2mn à pied, possibilité de faire les courses à Lardos (5km) Propriétaires attentionnés : ils nous ont attendus à la maison pour tout nous expliquer malgré une arrivée à 2h du matin, on avait le nécessaire pour démarre le lendemain dans le frigo ! Situation top pour visiter l'île : à 10mn de Lindos, 1h de Rhodes et de la Vallée des Papillons, et du "bon côté" pour les plages Le village de Pefki est animé avec une grande rue pleine de bars et de restaurants, la maison est au calme à la sortie du village. Si je retourne à Rhodes, je retourne là !!

very nice place, ideal to visit the south

We had a really nice holiday in this very nice house at the edge of Pefkos. The house was ideal for our big family (2 adults, four children aged between 11 and 17). The place was kept very clean and its location is perfect to visit the south of Rhodes. It is also walking distance to shops, restaurants and bars. We also thank Giorgos and his wife for their warm welcome. Overall, a highly recommendable place.
