It’s not fancy but it was well kept and clean. The location was great. You can walk to restaurants and the Westin which has music every night. Minutes to Beaver Creek and Vail. If I were to come back I wouldn’t hesitate staying here. Appreciated the availability of complimentary coffee in the lobby. The hot tub and pool could have been warmer but it was nice they were available.
We loved the location, it was perfect, right in the center of everything. The property was beautiful, the views were amazing. The staff was friendly and helpful. The pool, hot tubs, sauna, pool table, ping pong and foosball was fun, great amenities. We loved that there was a calendar of events and the staff was helpful. They even had all the bus routes, everything. We got a free breakfast, wine and snack night, movie night, a free water workout in the pool, there was a lot offered just at Falcon Point. We met some really great people there, too. We definitely would love to go back and stay there next year, it was perfect. Thank you!!

Thanks for your welcome, kind words. Falcon Point aims to be a great place for family vacations.
We had 4 people in our party - two of us and our two kids. The place suited us perfectly. It had very sturdy sofa bed in the living room with proper firm mattress (usually those sofa beds have terrible mattresses, but this one was really good). The place had full and well equipped kitchen. It was nice to have a modern fridge with water filter. We have also enjoyed the clubhouse that had hot tubs and heated pool - it helps to relax and recuperate after a day of skiing. In the morning the courtesy shuttle takes skiers right from the building parking lot to the Avon Station, where you can take a bus to BC village or take a short walk to riverfront gondola to get to the lifts. Overall it was a very good value. We'd love to stay at Falcon Point again.

About the host
Hosted by Alberto Squassabia
I'm a former avid skier (alas, bad motorcycle injury) and family man with now adult children. My wife and I are making available to you a chance to enjoy quality lodging by world-class winter fun at family prices.
Why they chose this property
Falcon Point is a well maintaned resort with excellent standards of cleanliness, a convenient location representing a good compromise between luxury and practicality, pleasant amenities either on site or within easy reach, and helpful staff. We had this condo to spend spring break together as a family on the slopes. Over the years, many of our memories with our younger children belong here.
What makes this property unique
Cook your food at home with your children after buying groceries at a major supermarket chain (City Market or Walmart) in town, or hire a sitter and have a date at a fancy restaurant, or everyone can go out together (pizza, inexpensive mexican, you name it). Ski world class Beaver Creek, or Arrowhead, or Bachelor Gulch; take a public bus and ski Vail. Or spend a day at the aquatic center next door. Or go to the spa. Or pick your fun! You can live large and paint the town red, or mind your budget and enjoy the great outdoors. This location can accommodate many preferences with flying colors.
