"FREE INTERNET WIFI" Set in the Umbrian countryside, close to Tuscany, between Città della Pieve (10 km) and Castiglion del Lago (12 km) il Casale alle Vie Bianche is a typical farmhouse built in 1860. The interior is very well furnished and cosy with 'terracotta' floors and exposed beam ceiling. Ground floor: lounge and dining room with fireplace, kitchen, 1 bathroom. 1 duble bedroom with ensuite bathroom. First floor: 5 bedrooms (3 double, 1 triple, 1 single with fireplace), lounge with fireplace, 2 bathrooms. The house is situated in a farming estate of 35 hectares of wood and olive groves where you can have lovely walks in an unspoilt and enchanting nature. The garden is completely fenced and there are kids outdoor games (swing and see-saw). In front of the main building there is a porch with a large dining table and an original wood burning oven (great for pizza!). The biological farm produces extra virgin olive oil and offers its guests not polluting detergents and solar panels for hot water.

Farmhouse with a pizza oven

This property is perfect for a family reunion or girls trip. It’s secluded, but has everything you need. The outside pizza oven with space to eat outside. Amazing. There is a city close by to get everything you need before you get there. It is quiet and the views are amazing across the olive trees. The host was very nice and look forward to being back with friends!

Loved this place- Highly recommend.

We all loved this location. It was off the beaten track but it was so beautiful and peaceful. The only disappointment was the weather did not cooperate. It was clean and well taken care of. Raffaella Spada was so helpful. She gave us a recommendation for a wine tasting. Turned out awesome. I brought home 4 bottles of wine. We couldn't have asked for a better place or host. It is a great location you can a day trip to Tuscany or Umbria. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Le Vie Bianche is an oasis

We, a family of 6 adults and 1 child, stayed at Le Vie Bianche for 2 weeks. The place is amazing. Plenty rooms available so everybody had their own place to retrieve. The house and swimming pool where very clean and the communication with the host was very easy. The little town Moiano has a cafe bar where you can sip your dopio and they were very fond of the 3 years old. We had a great time and the location is perfect too. Close to all of the beautifil places in Umbria and Toscana. Citta della Pieve is very close by and thanks to the host's tip we had a great cooking class at Bistrot del Duca which I recommend greatly. In short, a wonderful and perfect vacation.

Out of the way paradise

If, like us, you are looking for that piece of hidden rustic paradise, this lovely old farmhouse is for you. 2km up a stone track, surrounded by a working olive farm, with wonderful views and a nice little pool, it suited six adults perfectly. Minor problems with electricity and water were dealt with promptly by helpful staff and Raffaella was always at the end of a phone to help out. It’s position allowed for day trips to Florence and numerous medieval villages and towns, good supermarkets and restaurants were 10/15 minutes away. Bring insect repellent! A wonderful holiday and we’d recommend the venue to anyone except, probably, those with small children.

Un séjour inoubliable en Ombrie. Raffaella a été extraordinaire tant par son accueil le premier jour que par la communication au cours du séjour. Nous avons vécu un moment hors du temps dans cette maison décorée avec goût. Les enfants ont passé des moments inoubliables dans la piscine s inscrivant dans un jardin magnifique. Prachtig huis op een schitterende locatie. De 2 km lange toegangsweg is onverhard maar ook in redelijk slechte staat; dat hoorden wij pas op de dag van aankomst. Zoiets moet eerder worden aangegeven, want zonder suv was het moeilijk geworden.Verder alleen maar complimenten aan de eigenaar en de manier waarop zij contact hield en altijd klaar stond. Foto's zijn niet meer accuraat omdat er een nieuw zwembad is geplaatst op een andere plek in de tuin

Séjour magnifique !Superbe structure correspondant bien au descriptif...une maison qui a une âme avec de chouettes décorations. L'extérieur est paisible et la piscine est très chouette surtout quand on a des petits-enfants grâce à la pataugeoire.Villa hyper équipée pour grande famille (cuisine, sièges de piscine, linge de maison...).La literie est au top!Propreté impeccable !Peut-être qu'un frigo supplémentaire serait le bienvenu...Nous y reviendrons!

Formidable !! Très bon contact avec Raffaella qui est très à l'écoute. La maison correspond à la description avec un calme extraordinaire. Certes la piscine est petite et la Wifi est très limitée mais les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables. Bonne isolation car nous n'avons pas utilisé la climatisation. Merci à Lucia pour l'entretien.

Wonderful place

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in Le Vie Bianche. Die Gegend ist einfach traumhaft und wir konnten wunderbar entspannen. Ob in der Hängematte, auf der Sonnenliege am Pool, im Schatten der zahlreichen Bäume - wir haben die Ruhe und Natur sehr genossen! Das Grundstück und der Pool wird liebevoll gepflegt und Raffaella stand immer mit Rat und Hilfe zur Seite. Die Einrichtung ist sehr urig, die Zimmer sind teilweise Durchgangszimmer und verwinkelt, das muss man mögen. Und dadurch, dass das Haus mitten in der Natur liegt, gibt es auch immer wieder Hausbesucher in Form von kleinen Eidechsen, Grillen und anderen Insekten. Das hat uns allerdings nicht gestört. Alles in allem ein wunderschöner Ort zum Wohlfühlen und Entschleunigen!

Charmante maison

Maison pleine de charme, superbes vues. La maison est spacieuse. Nous étions neuf et avions tout l’espace nécessaire. Quelques chambres sont très agréables et splendides, d’autres plus quelconques. La maison est assez sombre, mais on passe la plupart du temps à l’extérieur, ce n’est donc pas trop gênant. L’extérieur est très agréable, avec plein d’espace et d’ombre. La piscine est petite mais néanmoins fort agréable. Très jolie région. Chemin d’accès en gravier sur 2km. Ne pas venir avec une voiture qui rase le sol….

Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Besichtigungen in der Toskna und Umbrien

Zwar sind die Sanitären Anlagen schon in die Jahre gekommen, aber alles funktionsfähig. Die restlich Ausstattung und die tolle Lage hat das allemalwett gemacht. Wir waren zu Siebt und hatten mehr als genug Platz im Eß-/Wohnzimmer, im überdachten Außenessebereich. Geschirr, Besteck und Gläser sind üppig bemessen. War toll,

Traumhafter Urlaub mit Familie und Freunde

Ein absoluter Traum! Das Haus und das Anwesen sind wie Beschrieben und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Der Pool wurde regelmäßig gereinigt und sogar die Betten wurden frisch bezogen. Kommunikation mit der Besitzerin lief einwandfrei und super freundlich. Pure Erholung garantiert und jede Menge Spaß für die ganze Familie! Dazu kommt noch die perfekte Landschaft. Vielen Dank!

Pace ulivi e una casa bellissima e super attrezzata

Eravamo un gruppo di 11 persone e siamo stati benissimo! La casa è grande, spaziosa, le camere sono voluminose e arieggiate, con letti e cuscini comodi, la cucina attrezzata con tutto (dal frullino a diversi tipi di caffettiere...) E perfettamente funzionante. La proprietaria gentile e precisa nelle informazioni. Per il resto le foto parlano da sole, il posto è davvero bellissimo su un poggio isolato con panorama da tutti i lati. La piscina e gradevole per stare con i piedi a mollo (non per fare vasche perché ha diverse altezze ed è divisa in due parti da un muro sotto il livello dell'acqua).

Stunning Historic Stone Villa in Fairytale Setting

We stayed in this gorgeous, charming, perfect stone farmhouse for five nights and did not want to leave. Our host was lovely, thoughtful, and a delight. The villa is huge and mind blowing. I’m obsessed with historic architecture and this was a wonderland of exposed beams, terracotta floors, well equipped marble kitchen, hand hewn doors with original hardware. Modern baths. And the setting and pool—it’s like you stepped into a renaissance painting of the pool, flowers, olive grove, grapevines, lavendar, gorgeous succulents. As a Gardener myself with many of the same plants I was delighted. The views are also spectacular and it’s steeped in quiet with easy day trips to amazing restaurants. Loved it so much!

Un angolo di Paradiso sulla Terra

Le Vie Bianche è quanto più di paradisiaco ci sia sulla Terra. Un'oasi di pace e tranquillità dove godersi a pieno la natura, respirare il profumo degli alberi e finalmente riuscire ad ascoltare il silenzio. La casa è un ritorno al passato con tutti i comfort del presente da cui non vorresti mai andar via. Raffaella, la proprietaria, e la sua cagnetta Onda sono i ciceroni perfetti per scoprire ogni angolo della tenuta e la loro disponibilità e accoglienza è strepitosa. Un posto in cui andare almeno una volta nella vita, per ricaricare le batterie e riscoprire un po' la bellezza della solitudine. Ci torneremo senz'altro molto presto!

Luogo dell'anima!

"Le vie bianche" è casa, è accoglienza e condivisione... è bellezza e cura, è armonia tra il calore degli arredi, dei dettagli dell'interno e il "respiro" che riempie i polmoni e gli occhi degli spazi meravigliosi che si trovano all'esterno. Siamo arrivati in 5, poi ci hanno raggiunti i nostri figli che si sono alternati con un'altra coppia di famiglia... e per tutte e tutti noi essere lì per due settimane è stata pace, gioia, musica e risate, angoli deliziosi per gustarsi un libro, ampi spazi in cui meditare o ballare, le tavolate piacevoli, la piscina in cui rinfrescarsi! Tutto davvero molto curato, casa super attrezzata sia dentro che fuori, dando proprio l'idea che per ogni ospite ci sia "posto"! Anche per il cucciolone di bernese, Drugo, sono stati giorni indimenticabili, si e' gustato i grandi spazi esterni, i profumi, i cieli stellati e tutti gli angoli freschi di questa splendida casa. La signora Raffaella molto gentile e cordiale, così come il signor Mario che si prende cura della piscina e del giardino. Sicuramente un luogo da consigliare e che rimane nel cuore. Vero relax nella splendida campagna di Città della Pieve

La casa ha il sapore dei tempi dei nonni, è grande, bellissima e ricca di fascino. Mille particolari curati, cucina ben attrezzata, giardino splendido con tanti angoli relax. Raffaella, la padrona di casa, gentile e disponibile. Siamo stati benissimo e speriamo di poter tornare presto.

Posto favoloso

Io e la mia famiglia abbiamo passato ben 5 settimane alle vie bianche!Un posto incantevole immerso nel verde delle colline umbre, ad un passo dal lago trasimeno.Il casale molto bello,spazioso e con ogni comfort. L'esterno immenso, con una zona piscina carinissima e super attrezzata con letrini sedie e sdraio.La signora Raffaella sempre presente e disponibile telefonicamente. Che dire....una vacanza veramente stupenda sotto ogni punto di vista.Io e la mia famiglia non potevamo fare scelta migliore.
