THE HOUSE: This villa, built in a traditional Mediterranean style, is located in a tourist-residential village in the area known as “La Ciaccia” (municipality of Valledoria, Sassari). The area is very quiet and very close to the sea, which can be easily and comfortably reached on foot in 5 minutes. Nearby you’ll find supermarkets, excellent restaurants and pizzerias, a newsstand and tobacco shop, and an ice cream shop. The house is very spacious, cool, and surrounded by greenery, with separate front and back gardens. It features a large living room with a fireplace, TV, DVD player, and an outdoor barbecue. The kitchen, fully equipped with dishes, cutlery, and cookware, features a hob with oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, toaster, blender, and washing machine. The house has 4 bedrooms (either double or twin), 2 bathrooms with showers, a washing machine, and a vacuum cleaner. On one of the facades—the west-facing one—there is a large, partially covered veranda with a sunshade, a barbecue, a dining table, and lounge chairs. The veranda leads to the sun deck, which offers a splendid view of the Gulf of Asinara and the front garden. All bedrooms, equipped with mosquito screens, overlook the garden. The villa is notable for its Mediterranean-style architecture with wooden ceilings; it is cool and very comfortable. Outdoor amenities include a shower, sink, and private parking space.
LA CIACCIA, a village in the municipality of Valledoria, features extensive bike paths leading to the beaches and the Coghinas River—a picturesque spot of particular natural interest where you can also enjoy exciting kayaking excursions. La Ciaccia, very close to the medieval village of Castelsardo (a must-visit!), is centrally located on Sardinia’s northern coast. This makes it easy to reach renowned destinations such as Alghero and its surroundings, the island of Asinara, Stintino, Isola Rossa, Santa Teresa di Gallura, the La Maddalena archipelago, the Costa Smeralda, the thermal baths and swimming pool in Casteldoria (just 12 km away), Tempio and its picturesque mountain villages, etc.
