On the mountain

The house is nice, everything what you need is there. Furniture ok but a bit tired. Lovely terrace, quiet neighborhood. We had bad luck because there was a lot of noice of the gardeners across the road. The house is not near a beach, you have to walk for half an hour and descend the mountain. There are some stone stairs to go down the hill. Hyeres is a lovely place especially the old part. We visited also villa Noailles, recommended! The contact with the owner and the “key keeper” was fine.

Villa is strictly 1500m away from first beach, and yes you have to walk down from an altitude of exactly 100m GPS). We will improve some furniture before summer. I am so sorry for inconvenient noise from neighborhood.. These works should have be finished earlier this winter and I transmitted your comments to my neighbor. I hope you will come again.

Bon accueil de Lidia qui est très sympathique.Le point positif de cette maison est indéniablement la vue sur la mer de la terrasse.Pour ce qui concerne la maison, l'intérieur est vétuste, seul 1 lit double est confortable sur les 3. 2 alézes de lit étaient tachées. L'un d'eux a uniquement un sur-matelas sur le sommier. Nous étions sur place début août et la température de la maison monte à 29 malgré une petite climatisation qui refroidit uniquement le séjour, les nuits étaient donc compliquées. Difficile de profiter de la terrasse qui est exposée plein sud avec juste un parasol. Dommage que le store ne fonctionne plus.Pour finir, des petits détails perfectibles comme mettre du liquide vaisselle, avoir un sac poubelle de la taille de la poubelle et non un petit qui tombe au fond d'une poubelle haute...Laisser du produit pour déboucher l'évier. Ça semble courant sans la cuisine mais les bouteilles à disposition sont vides.C'est une maison qui a un vrai potentiel après une vraie remise en état.

Bonjour, les alèzes sont lavées après chaque location. La clim est un monobloc simple mais efficace pour refroidir le séjour et le coin repas: elle permet d'y maintenir la température sous 25 degrés . Dans le reste de la maison il fait plus chaud en cas de canicule. Nous recommandons de fermer les fenêtres qui ont des doubles vitrages très performants. Le contrat de location que signe chaque locataire décrit ce qui est inclu. Il y a sur la terrasse un grand parasol de 3m de diamètre. Les 2 stores à banne côte à côte font chacun 3,5m. Enfin les locataires ont en permanence la disponibilité de résoudre les problèmes quotidiens qui peuvent arriver. Pour tout le reste nous faisons au mieux pour satisfaire nos locataires dès qu'un problème est déclaré. Bien cordialement

Le gîte est très bien situé et sécurisé. La plage est réellement à 5.. 10 mn de la location( suivant la circulation).L'agencement du gîte est très " rustique". Nous étions présents pendant les températures chaudes et il manquait sérieusement de climatisation( 27 min...29 degrés à 23h... malgré la fermeture des volets).Malgré ces petits inconvénients...tres bon séjour et très bon marché à Carqueiranne.

La vue sur la mer est parfaite, malheureusement pour le reste, la maison est vieillissante et les odeurs dégoût à l’intérieur juste inadmissibles.

Le domaine est calme. La terrasse est agréable, ensoleillée, avec une vue jusqu'à la mer. La maison n'est pas toute neuve mais elle est fonctionnelle et la salle de bain a été refaite. La cuisine est très bien équipée, comme une vraie maison de vacances, pas juste une location. Un petit bémol sur les lits où certains matelas mériteraient d'être remplacés. Au final, un bon rapport qualité prix !

Wir haben eine wunderbare Woche dort verbracht. Der Empfang durch Lidia war herzlich und fürsorglich. Wichtig für uns: Die Ausstattung an Geschirr und Küchenwerkzeug ist sehr gut, das Haus ist sehr sauber. Das Bett im von uns genutzten Schlafzimmer ist bequem und mit guten Matratzen ausgestattet. Ganz besonders geliebt und genutzt haben wir die Terrasse mit Meerblick, vom Frühstück bis in die Nacht. Die Austtattung des Hauses insgesamt ist einfach aber sehr gut urlaubstauglich - es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Leider war unser allererster Eindruck bei der Ankunft nicht der beste - die Bilder des Internetauftritts unterschlagen durchgehend die arg in die Jahre gekommenen Schränke in Küche und Schlafzimmer. Unserem Urlaubserlebnis tat dies aber keinen Abbruch. Ärgerlich ist, daß der Vermieter nicht wünscht, daß man das Auto auf dem Grundstück abstellt und dies mit einem Vorhängeschloss am Eingangstor durchsetzt. Das Gepäck muss also zu Fuß und über eine Treppe mehr von der Bordsteinkante ins Haus transportiert werden, ebenso die Fahrräder nach einem Ausflug. Dennoch würden wir wieder buchen

Super accueil de Lydia, bonne communication avec le propriétaire une maison au top tout ce qu il faut à dispo vraiment paisible et agréable prêt de tout même si il faut la voiture. Encore merci pour ce super séjour en famille. Et l’avantage d’une location qui n’est pas Obligatoire du samedi au samed en saison et ça c’est un vrai plus car bcp moins de trafic !

Très bon séjour. Accueil au top, location propre correspondant au descriptif et aux photos, communication parfaite. Superbe terrasse avec une très belle vue mer. Mention spéciale pour la literie, la meilleure que l'on ait jamais eue dans une location de vacances. Nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir.

sehr zufrieden

Wir waren 2 Wochen im Herbst in dem Haus und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Wir waren zu dritt (2 Erwachsene, 1 Kind) mit unserem Hund. Die Küche und das Wohnzimmer waren sehr gut ausgestattet. WLAN hat sehr gut funktioniert. Kommunikation mit der Hausverwalterin Lidia hat sehr gut geklappt. Hier musste der Translator von Google helfen, weil nur französich gesprochen wurde. Das hat aber gut funktioniert. Wir haben über Whatsapp kommuniziert. Das Haus liegt in einer reinen Wohnsiedlung. Beim abendlichen Spaziergang mit Hund muss man wissen, das es keine Strassenbeleuchtung gibt. Wir würden das Haus wieder buchen.
