Das Ferienhaus befindet sich in einer Ferienanlage am Meer und hat Platz für bis zu 7 Personen.Das Haus und der Garten sind sehr schön und hat eine tolle Lage. Der Pool ist direkt nebenan und zum Meer läuft man nur ca. 5 Minuten. Der Strand ist breit und nicht zu stark besucht, allerdings ist der Sand nicht weiß sondern eher dunkel wegen dem hohen Metallgehalt. Die Vermieterin war bei unserer Ankunft und Abfahrt vor Ort und auch so jederzeit zu erreichen und hat sich um alles gut gekümmert (z.B. als die Gasflasche in der Küche leer war, hat sie sich gleich drum gekümmert). In der Anlage gibt es übrigens eine Bäckerei (die auch Wurst, Käse, Milch, Wasser und anderes hat) und einen Obstladen - beides ca. 10 Minuten Fußweg. Ansonsten kann man in Tarquinia einkaufen (10 Minuten mit dem Auto). Die Stadt sollte man übrigens unbedingt besichtigen. Es ist eine wunderschöne italienische Kleinstadt mit vielen historischen Gebäuden, toller Aussicht und einigen Restaurants, die nicht zu teuer sind. Außerdem bietet sich natürlich ein Besuch in Rom an. Mit dem Zug von Tarquinia ist es nur etwa eine Sunde Fahrt (Haltestelle Petersdom). Am günstigsten ist es, ein BIRG-Ticket zu kaufen, das es allerdings nicht am Bahnhof zu kaufen gibt sondern nur im Tabakladen in der Altstadt von Tarquinia. Das Ticket gilt 24h nicht nur für die Fahrt nach Rom sondern auch für alle Fahrten mit den Öffentlichen in Rom selbst.

Für uns als Familie war der Aufenthalt sehr angenehm, gutes Haus, alles vorhanden was man braucht. Sehr nah am Meer. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Nette Gastgeber, alles Top.

La vacanza ideale

La casa di Alessia è bellissima, grande, dispone di ogni confort ma soprattutto l'abbiamo trovata molto pulita. Non ci aspettavamo poi un mega giardino tutto nostro dove il bimbo si è divertito tantissimo. La vicinanza del mare ( due minuti a piedi) e la piscina vicinissima hanno reso questo soggiorno ancora più bello. Alimentari e frutteria sono raggiungibili a piedi in pochi minuti. La proprietaria è stata sempre molto gentile e disponibile. Assolutamente consigliata!

Eine ganz klare Empfehlung. Ein Haus das alles bietet was man für einen Familienurlaub braucht. Wir haben im Haus kein WLAN entdeckt aber auch nicht nachgefragt da wir die Zeit ohne WLAN sehr genossen haben. Das Meer in unmittelbarer Nähe. Mit einem sehr weitläufigen Free Beach welcher menschenleer ist. Vor allem der Strand von Pian di Spille bietet absolute Ruhe. Die Vermieterin Alessia sehr bemüht um das Wohl ihrer Gäste, top verlässlich und sehr sympathisch. Für uns gibt es für dieses Haus inkl. der Vermieterin 10 von 10 Punkten.

Pleasant and comfortable

We had a wonderful holiday and were very happy with this property. It is roomy and comfortable with plenty of space to sit out in the large private garden. The house is close to the sea, set in a secure estate with easy access to Rome via Tarquinia. It is extremely well equipped with everything we needed. A kettle would have been the icing on the cake. The owner, Alessia, was friendly and welcoming and we would be very happy to return to this property.

Schöne Lage am Meer

Das Ferienhaus liegt in einer ruhigen, gut gesicherten Ferienhausanlage mit direktem Zugang zu einem Pool (Juni-September) und Tennisplatz. Zu Fuß geht man ca. 3 min zum freien, recht sauberen Strand. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet, Garten und Veranda sehr gut gepflegt, sehr ruhig. Ideal für Familien mit 3 Schlafzimmern. Vermieterin Alessia sehr zuvorkommend und offen, wir fühlten uns gut aufgehoben, vielen Dank!

Schönes Haus, toller Garten, viel Ruhe

Wir verbrachten 10 Tage in dem schönen Haus von Alessia Anteri. Sehr schönes Wohnzimmer mit Kaminofen, geschmackvoll eingerichtet. zweckmässig, schlicht eingerichtete Zimmer. Sanitäreinrichtungen sauber , Dusche im OG renoviert. Im Mai ist hier richtig, wer Ruhe sucht. Tolle Lage in unmittelbarer Starndnähe, sehr geeignet auch für Kinder. Die Ferienhäuser sind rund um die Uhr bewacht, das gibt ein sicheres Gefühl.

Avendo bimbi piccoli al seguito è stata la situazione ideale. La casa è perfetta x chi cerca tranquillità ed Il bel giardino attrezzato è stato fondamentale x rilassarci noi e x far giocare i bimbi. Nei dintorni ci sono negozi x qualunque necessità. La proprietaria gentile e molto disponibile. Assolutamente consigliata!

Soggiorno molto piacevole

Villetta spaziosa, pulita, accogliente, dotata di tutti i comfort, in una zona ricca di siti da visitare. Stupenda la possibilità di mangiare all'aperto sul vasto giardino. Il mare è a 50 metri, piscina e campo da tennis sotto casa. Da segnalare la cucina del ristorante convenzionato e la gelateria appena fuori il residence. La cortesia e la disponibilità della proprietaria completano il quadro.

Bella vacanza

La casa e il giardino erano in buone condizioni. Tutto pulito e ben attrezzato. Unica cosa che ci è mancata molto è stato il forno a microonde, in riparazione... La proprietaria è stata molto gentile e anche il personale del consorzio si è dimostrato molto disponibile a tutte le nostre necessità. Abbiamo usufruito della piscina veramente bella e invitante. Abbiamo potuto visitare Tarquinia e i dintorni che offrono davvero molte opportunità culturali e naturalistiche.

"La casa è molto graziosa e ben attrezzata (in particolare per l'estate: dispone anche di un ampio giardino utilizzabile). I proprietari sono estremamente gentili e solerti per ogni necessità; il ristorante convenzionato è eccellente. Per l'inverno è presente un caminetto (utile anche per grigliate), un po' scarsamente attrezzato."
