Quiet and close to the beach with swimming pool, furnished with 4 * tourism. Recent, luxury house surrounded by a large wooden terrace, close to the beaches and shops open year-round. Furnished tourist classification 4 * (2016).
The welcome and support during the stay is done with the support of a private concierge.
The house is designed to accommodate 8 people. For the comfort of our tenants we do not exceed this capacity. Its equipment is complete and neat.
Its situation is very calm, at the end of a dead end. A stone's throw from the beach, it is only meters as the crow flies and easily accessible on foot even with small children. A teak garden furniture under a planted pergola allows you to stay cool and an outdoor lounge under another pergola to enjoy the outdoor space and the swimming pool. The swimming pool with an external dimension of 3.5 x 3.5 dimensions of the basin 3. 16 x 3. 16 depth 135 cm integrated into the terrace, is secure and ideal for young children.
Possibility to rent linens and beds made on request 40 € (1 to 4 people), 60 € (4 to 8 people). Possibility of on demand services to see with Private Concierge 66.

Beautiful beach home

Yves’ home is really excellent and even better than we expected! Everything was very clean, a very convenient location close to the beach, shops and all restaurants. It also is close to a bus station that is very convenient to get into Perpignan. The pool is super convenient as well! I would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking to stay in the area. Michele, the property manager, was also lovely and very helpful! Communication with Yves was great too.

La maison est idéalement située dans saint Marie la mer. Il y a absolument tout à proximité ainsi que la plage. Énormément d'activité aux alentours. Impossible de s'ennuyer. La prestation de la maison est exceptionnelle. Il ne manque rien. Climatisation dans chaque chambre, piscine. Une mention spéciale pour Yves le propriétaire ainsi que Michelle la concierge qui sont extra. Bref cette destination est une valeur sur, nous y retournerons sans hésiter.

Une belle semaine au bord de mer

Maison idéalement située pour un séjour à la mer. Celle-ci est spacieuse et bien équipée aussi bien en intérieur qu'à l'extérieur. Les échanges sont très sympathiques que ce soit avec le propriétaire ou avec Jean-Claude, le concierge, qui nous a accueillis.

Belle location, bien équipée. Les pièces sont spacieuses, placards dans les 4 chambres, grande sdb à l’étage. Nous y étions en décembre donc n’avons pas vraiment testé les extérieurs. Le quartier est très calme, commerces juste au bout de la rue. Nous y reviendrons sans hésitez !

Appréciable malgré un contre temps

La villa est très bien placé le concierge parfait. Le seul soucis que nous avons constaté la piscine était sale il aurait fallut mettre un produit assez fort donc pas de baignade pour rattraper les parois cela était prévu pour après en soit on a pu se baigner mais c'est très dommage que cela était pas fait avant car cela aurait été quand même plus agréable.

L impression d être à la maison. Magnifique villa avec un confort EXEPTIONNEL. Il ne manque rien, l espace, l équipement de cuisine, la proximité de la plage et des commerces tout en étant au calme, les deux terrasses, la piscine, le bbq, .... Vraiment incroyable. Une voisine très gentille et un propriétaire toujours disponible et très arrangeant. Un seul point négatif, quitter ce lieu après une semaine de vacances au paradis... 😄 allez y les yeux fermés.

La maison est très agréable pour un séjour en famille. Egalement idéale pour des petis enfants. La piscine est petite mais bien suffisante pour se baigner. Proche des commodités et à 20 minutes d'un très grand centre commercial. Maison propre et bien entretenue. Je recommande cette location.

Echt klasse !

Sehr schönes und sehr gut ausgestattetes Haus. Viel Platz für uns, 2 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder. Der Pool hat besonders den Kindern viel Spass gemacht. Der saubere Sandstrand ist zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Sehr netter Kontakt mit den Besitzern und der Schlüsselverwalterin. Wir waren echt begeistert.

Ein sehr schönes und gepflegtes Häuschen

Abseits der großen Touristenhochhäuser in einer ruhigen Sackgasse gelegen steht dieses praktische Häuschen. Am Ort sind die notwendigen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vorhanden, der Strand ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Platz im Haus ist für 8 Personen nicht üppig, aber auch bei schlechtem Wetter ausreichend. Alles notwendige zum üblichen Komfort ist vorhanden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Location à recommander, bien située, idéale

La maison est en tout point conforme au descriptif : neuve, propre, bien équipée (manque juste un miroir dans l'entrée pour le coup d'œil beauté et quelques patères dans la sdb et les chambres). A l'extérieur, la piscine est petite mais recommandée pour les enfants (non chauffée elle était à 19° en mai). Par contre, les transats n'étaient pas très accueillants, ayant été "baptisés" par les oiseaux..) A signaler : la maison est située au fonds d'une impasse, elle dispose d'une toute petite place de parking pour se garer il faut quand même une habilité à la manœuvre (avec un monospace il faut rien oublié dans la voiture!) La plage est propre et familiale tout comme le village qui est calme avec tous les commerces à proximité. Tout peut se faire à pieds sans soucis même avec des enfants en bas âge. Merci au propriétaire pour son très bon contact et accueil ainsi qu'à la personne sur place. Nous avons apprécié notre séjour malgré une météo capricieuse en début de semaine. Toutefois, la saison étant calme, nous avons pu circuler en voiture dans les villes alentours très facilement et profiter de la cote et du paysage. Location à conseiller!!!

Maison en bon état, accueil très sympatique

Le propriétaire nous a donné toutes les explications concernant la maison et les environs.La maison est bien aménagé et on a tout ce qu'il faut.La piscine est trop petite pour nager mais les enfants l'ont apprécié quand mème. Il y a deux vélos anciens disponible, ils sont pas concu pour gagner le Tour de France mais pour aller à la plage ca suffit largement.
