Un logement idéal pour s'installer quelques jours du côté de Cauterets. Proche de toute commodité, spacieux, il est possible de passer des moments agréables en nombre !

Logement idéalement situé en plein centre-ville, proche de tout les commerces, la pièce de vie spacieuse était parfaite pour notre grand groupe . Il faudrait tout de même revoir l’entretien et le nettoyage entre les locations, vaisselle sale, lits idems avec la literie vieillissante,…Malgré tout un super week-end et un très bon logement pour les grands groupes.

Avis mitigé

Un appartement avec de belles proportions au coeur du village de Cauterets et a proximite de toutes les commodites notamment les telecabines. Par contre des points noirs :- la propreté de l'appartement à l'arrivée et notamment dans la salle de bain.- l'etat du mobilier (table basse et poufs qui tombent en lambeaux dans le salon)- Manque d'équipements : pas de sèche cheveux, pas de rallonges electriques pour utiliser les appareils à raclette..., grille pain en panne.- Aménagement des chambres très sommaire en mode dortoir.- Aucun effort d'agencement : aspirateurs, balaie, servipière qui trainent dans le salon, des lampes sans ampoule et non branchees posees aléatoirement, des tabourets de bar entassés dans le coin cuisine.- Une seule vraie SDB. La seconde mentionnee étant une douche dans une chambre.

Grand week-end à Cauterets

Les :Appartement très bien situé entre le centre de Cauterets et les remontées mécaniques pour les pistes. L'appartement est en retrait ce qui permet la tranquillité avec un accès direct à une petite cour. Il est très spacieux et dispose de 5 espaces de nuit. Il y a des équipements prévus pour les enfants et des jeux de sociétés. Les -:Beaucoup de choses ne fonctionnent pas, grille pain, ampoules,.Il y a 2 appareils à raclette mais pas de ralonge pour les brancher. Pas de Wi-Fi. La propreté laisse à desirer.et chaque pièce est très grande

Très belle opportunité

Idéalement bien placé, en plein centre-ville, à 2min de marche de tout (télécabines, halles, Bains du Rocher). On pose la voiture où on peut en ville, et ensuite on peut tout faire à pied. Vaste pièce de vie, cuisine spacieuse, chaleureuse et accueillante. Logement bien chauffé. 2 WC indépendants. Literie confortable. Bonne isolation phonique. Le ménage en revanche n'est pas fait à fond. Plinthes sales, toiles de poussière au plafond et aux fenêtres, bouches VMC encrassées. Nous recommandons ce logement !

Appartement spacieux et tout à proximité

Propriétaire arrangeant, appart spacieux, nous étions 11 et très à l'aise. Situation exceptionnelle, proche de tout, pas besoin de véhicules et la station de ski très familiale. J'y retournerai sûrement. Merci à Jean Philippe qui a été très réactif à mes questions.

Appartement grand, bien placé et fonctionnel pour 10 personnes sans soucis.. mais : - interface sur place est une agence immobilière qui ne fait pas son boulot (aucune vérification après départ, demande de caution alors que jamais affiché sur Abritel) - forfait ménage hors de prix, certainement rarement choisi = ménage mal fait (appartement pas propre à notre arrivée). Le matériel à disposition est usagé et inexploitable (aspirateurs n'aspirent plus, balais sans manche...) - le sol s'affaisse par endroit, un enfant du groupe s'est blessé dès le 1er jour - manque d'entretien et de suivi du logement qui gâche un peu le séjour (nombreux luminaires sans ampoules, oreillers tâchés, lits mezzanine non contrôlés et donc dangereux, robinet cuisine mal fixé, four dans un état lamentable, évacuation douche bouchée,...) Côté stationnement, pas de parking à proximité immédiate. Il faut faire de nombreux allers-retours jusqu'au parking le plus proche (500m.) pour charger-décharger. Compte tenu du tarif de la location, le rapport qualité-prix n'y est pas. C'est bien dommage car ce bien mériterait mieux...

Emplacement au TOP ++ Surface disponible et notamment pièce de vie TOP ++ (nous étions 9) Equipements de l'appartement suffisants - cuisine agréable et bien équipée. il manque tout de même des commodes ou armoires dans les chambres Axe d'amélioration : - la propreté (poussière fréquente, couettes nécessitant un bon nettoyage, idem pour le four, murs ...) il faut envisager un nouvel aspirateur. - l'appartement mériterait quelques rénovations (sol) et un renouvellement de certains équipements usés ou détériorés (tabourets, table basse...) Nous recommandons cet appartement qui est Très très bien situé (proximité télécabine et centre ville) l'absence de parking privé n'est pas du tout un problème.

Grand appartement en plein centre de cauterets. Deux douche dont une grande. Deux wc. Idéal pour accueillir plusieurs personnes. Espace cuisine salon spacieux. 3 grandes chambre. 1 chambre avec une douche et 1 espace nuit en plus Agréable we en famille. Chacun peut avoir son espace. A proximite immédiate du centre ville et à moins de 5 mns de commerce de location et accès aux oeufs pr monter à la station

Appartement très bien situé, spacieux avec une vue magnifique. Seul bémol, cumulus HS, donc pas d’eau chaude du week-end, le propriétaire à fait le maximum, mais malheureusement pas de plombier disponible le week-end. Appartement à conseiller 👍🏻.

Très confortable

Contrairement à ce que j'ai pu lire dans les commentaires précédents, nous n'avons eu aucun souci de chauffage et d'électricité. La pièce de vie est immense et cela fait du bien, au point que dès le premier soir, nous avons contacté le propriétaire pour pouvoir rester plus longtemps en prolongeant la location avec l'agence. Super séjour, je recommande cette location

Séjour glacial

L'appartement est très sympa avec une bonne localisation. Cependant, la propreté laisse à désiré et le compteur électrique n'est pas adapté à la capacité du logement. Cela se traduisant par les plombs qui sautent tout le temps alors que rien est branché, choisir entre faire la cuisine ou regarder la TV...... De plus, les radiateurs ne fonctionnaient quasi pas, se traduisant par une température de 12 degrés le matin dans l'appart. Donc grosse déception.

Grand appartement dans Cauterets

Super séjour à 3 familles dans ce grand appartement. Cuisine tres fonctionnelle. Grande pièce de vie. Chambres un peu humides. 2 salles de bain.une cave pour les vélos. A côté du centre de cauterets magasins restaurants bars. Très bien situé.

Problème d'odeurs, problème d'électricité, télévision ne fonctionnait pas, il faut régler tout cela avant de relouer sinon cela serait de l'escroquerie !
