Tolle Lage

In der Bucht von Sagone. Die Wohnung ist die erste in der Siedlung in Richtung Strand mit Trasse zur Bucht, so dass man tolle Sonnenuntergänge genießen kann. Übergabe und Abnahme waren unkompliziert. Der Strand selbst ist toll zum Schnorcheln und SUPen, ansonsten gibt es wenig Alternativen.

Nous avons passé un bon séjour, nous étions deux familles avec enfants. L’emplacement est super ! Les plages et la mer magnifiques. La communication était facile et l’arrivée et le départ aussi. Le confort la nuit est un peu limite si vous venez à deux familles : le lit double avec le lit superposé ont des sommiers métalliques qui grincent à chaque mouvement, cela rend les nuits tres désagréables. Le canapé lit n’est pas confortable non plus. La maison est plus spacieuse que l’on pensait, et nous avons beaucoup apprécié le balcon et la terrasse. La cuisine est un peu petite en revanche

Super vacances !

Nous avons passé une semaine magnifique. La maison est idéalement située dans un endroit calme avec un vue sur la mer à couper le souffle !! Les images que je garderai en tête pendant très longtemps. Merci à Corinne et Angeot pour leur accueil. Je recommande sans hésiter !

Nettes und gut gelegenes kleines Häuschen. Einziger Nachteil war der muffige Geruch, der sicher der Nähe zum Meer geschuldet ist. Ansonsten super ausgestattet, außer W-Fi :-)

Wunderschöne Ferien

Das Haus ist nahe am Meer, gut eingerichtet und befindet sich in einer Ferienresidenz (wie kleines Dorf), sehr nette und zuvorkommende Besitzerin, gut geklappt mit Uebergabe mit der lokalen Hausverwalterin, wunderschöne Sonnenuntergänge, Spar und Post sind 5 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Wir haben knapp 2 Wochen mit unseren Kindern (4 und 6) sehr genossen. Es ist auch eine gute Lage für Ausflüge, weitere Strände, Wanderungen... In der Zwischensaison Ende Mai und Juni war es sehr still, die Häuser um uns teilweise leer! Das Wetter war aber warm und heiss und wir haben täglich gebadet und geschwitzt auf unseren Ausflügen :-)! Schlussputz wird vom Mieter gemacht, nach Absprache mit der Hausverwalterin macht sie es für einen Aufpreis. Wer gerne mehr Dorf- oder Stadtleben hätte müsste eine grössere Ortschaft wählen oder einen kleinen Ausflug machen, wie wir das gemacht haben!

Unforgettable family vacation with some sport

Beatiful place to stay! Really beachfront but no disturbance from other people outside. Endless breathtaking view from balcony, even from toilet : ) Interior is simple but elegant, clean, with all facilities for comfort. Bathroom is really good, different from what we used to see in vacation houses for rent. Beach itself is great. Apart view and landscape it is good at the same time for families with kids, surfers, fishermen. Water remains crystal blue even during stormy weather. I did spearfishing and enjoyed without driving away. Location is good to travel around and to get impression on Corsica. Place is good for families with kids and romantic couples. We stayed with 5 years old son and never get bored and he got a lot of exercises on the beach. Highly recommend! Dmitry, Russia

Das Haus mit den schönen Sonnenuntergängen

Ich hatte noch keine Gelegenheit, die Zahl der Sonnenuntergangsfotos aus der ersten Woche auf Korsika zu zählen, aber es sind viele. Und man kann ganz bequem vom geräumigen Balkon mit Meerblick aus fotografieren. Das sind jedoch beileibe nicht die einzigen Vorteile dieses kompakt in eine gepflegte Anlage integrierten und etwas erhöht stehenden Häuschens. Der breite Strand liegt mit seinem schöneren Ende nur einen Steinwurf weit entfernt. Bäcker und Supermarkt erreicht man in 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Es gibt noch eine zweite, schattige Terrasse. Das Häuschen ist vergleichsweise großzügig (insbesondere das Wohnzimmer), die Schlafzimmer liegen, wie auch das Badezimmer, im kühleren Untergeschoss. Mit 5 Personen überhaupt kein Problem. Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet. Der Ort liegt so, dass man recht schnell sowohl im wildromantischen Hinterland als auch im quirligen Ajaccio ist. Wir hatten nur etwas Pech, dass uns die letzte Nacht durch den Lärm der Saisonabschlussparty der in Sichtweite gelegenen Strandbar mit ihrem lauten Kühlaggregat verkürzt wurde. Und für dieses Häuschen sind aufgrund der Temperaturen eher das Frühjahr oder der Frühherbst ideale Reisezeiten. Die Vermieterin ist übrigens sehr nett und spricht Deutsch!

Une superbe maison les pieds dans l'eau... Une plage tranquille même en plein mois d'août...

Nous avons été accueillis par un couple charmant... on a pu avoir les clés le samedi dès 11h et hop une journée de plus! La maison est extrêmement bien équipée, toute proche à pied d'une jolie plage hyper calme (enfin pas trop de touristes par contre pas mal de vagues si vent de mer😁) Une superbe vue sur les couchers de soleil depuis le balcon où on peut manger le soir... sinon une autre terrasse ombragée de l'autre côté) Enfin les chambres en contrebas et du coup très fraîches... même en pleine canicule! Proche Ajaccio et Piana. .. les autres spots un peu plus éloignés par routes de montagnes exclusivement... Bref une super quinzaine !! Merci à Monique et Christian pour leur accueil et Patricia pour les échanges email!!

Schönes Ferienhaus in sehr schöner Lage nur wenige Minuten vom Sandstrand

Das Ferienhaus ist perfekt ausgestattet und liegt in sehr schöner Lage innerhalb einer abgeschlossenen Ferienhaussiedlung. Zum Sandstrand mit herrlich türkisem Wasser sind es ca. 80 m über Fussweg (ohne Strasse). Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, die Siedlung sehr gepflegt. Das Haus ist schön eingerichtet und mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet. Vom Balkon kann man traumhafte Sonnenuntergänge bewundern.

Great holidays in a fantastic leisure residence

We stayed in the residence for roughly two weeks by end of August 2016. You can reach the very nice beach within a 5 minutes walk. The house is very beautiful, quiet, clean and very well equipped. You can see every evening the sunset from the balcony. We can give a recommendation for this house, if you are looking for quiet and recreative holidays in a very nice surrounding and part of Corse.

Très bon séjour en Corse, au calme

Belle location au calme, très bien située avec une vue magnifique sur la mer et à 2mn de la plage sans avoir à traverser une route. Commerces (pain, supérette, pharmacie) à 300m. Propriétaire très sympathique et bon accueil à l'arrivée.

agréable et facile à vivre

2 semaines très agréables et tranquilles : accès direct à la plage, encore assez peu fréquentée en juillet, maison vaste et fonctionnelle, balcon vue mer pour le petit dej et le midi, terrasse ombragée pour le soir, commerces alimentaires à 200 m. Bonne situation géographique : Cargèse, Piana, Ajaccio sont proches. Superbe arrière pays : Evisa, forêt d'Aitone, Spelunca, lac de Creno...Location de bateaux à 2 km (Orcino) petit bémol : déçue par Tiuccia et Sagone (mais il y a des merveilles un peu plus loin !!!)

Bonne location sans surprise

Une location conforme à la description sans aucune mauvaise surprise, proche et face à la mer ainsi que des commerces. La maison est facile à vivre et était très propre et bien entretenue. Bon contact téléphonique avec le propriétaire. Personnellement, je n'hésiterai pas à relouer cette maison que je conseille donc à des amis.

Facile de s'y sentir chez soi

Nous avons passé une semaine de rêve dans cet endroit magnifique, (on serait bien resté encore un ou deux mois !). La maison est très agréable de tous les points de vue, que ce soit l'intérieur, propre, bien conçu et bien équipé, ou l'extérieur, qui permet de jongler avec l'ombre et le soleil -terrasse, balcon - selon nos envies. La mer à quelques pas, des couchers de soleil magiques !

petit village agreable

nous avons passé 10 jours dans cette villa mi juin a 6 pers nous avons été séduit par la vue sur mer du grand balcon et bien apprécié la terrasse extérieur. l'espace intérieur est adapté a la capacité annoncée. elle était propre bien entretenue bien equipée en vaisselle (a part manque un fouet) et en electroménager. nous avons passé un agréable séjour.

Bonne orientation de la maison avec vue idylique

Maison très agréable avec vue sur la mer, dommage qu'il y ait les deux cheminées de la maison voisine... Très agréable maison de vacances, au calme, dans hameau fermé avec toutes les commodités à portée de jambes.... Avec son orientation sud-est sud-ouest la pièce à vivre avec son balcon, permet de prendre tous les repas sur la terrasse. La cuisine possède tout le nécessaire y compris en électroménager (lave-vaisselle très apprécié) Le bémol à apporter se situe au niveau de la chambre 2, pièce un peu triste et les lits pas pratiques du tout, un lit double (en 160 par exemple) et que l'on puisse tourner autour serait bien mieux. A préciser les oreillers en 50x70 et pas 60x60 pour les taies c'est bon à savoir. Nous avons passé une excellente semaine et je recommanderai volontiers cette adresse à des amis
